پس از آنکه دولتهای کمونیستی حاکمیت شهرهای قفقاز را در دست گرفتند فضاهای شهری دستخوش تحولات زیادی شدند. خیابان نیز به عنوان یکی از مؤلفههای منظر شهری که بخش عمدهای از ادراک شهر وابسته به آن است در استراتژی دولتهای اقتدارگرا از جمله شوروی مورد توجه قرار گرفت؛ بهطوری که تولید خیابان یک اصل عمده در معرفی چهره جدید شهرها با هدف نمایش قدرت حاکم محسوب میشد. نظم و هندسه در یک ساختار مستقیم همراه با کاربریهای حکومتی مانند ساختمانهای اداری، دولتی و مذهبی از بارزترین خصوصیات کالبدی این خیابانهاست. نکته قابل تأمل حضور پررنگ چنین خیابانهایی در منظر شهرهای قفقاز امروز بوده که تنها رنگ و بویی از میل به جهانیشدن و نوگرایی بدان افزوده شده است. به نظر میرسد مدیریت شهری قفقاز با هدفی متفاوت از دوره سوسیالیستی، همان رویکرد نمایشی را برای ساماندهی منظر خیابان در پیش گرفته است که در آن اولویت زندگی شهری پس از تحقق اهداف حکومتی است. این مقاله درصدد است با مقایسه تطبیقی منظر خیابانهای قفقاز در دو دوره سوسیالیستی و پس از آن، تحلیلی پدیدارشناسانه از رویکردهای مدیریت شهری نسبت به ساماندهی خیابان ارائه کند.

Street as one of the components of the urban landscape that much of perception is dependent on it that in strategy of Sovereign states such as the Soviet was used; so that producing streets came out the main principle to introduce a new face in town to show power. Order and geometry in a direct structure with Governmental landuse such as office buildings, religious and government of the obvious physical characteristics of this streets. Considerable point is Presence of such streets in the cities of the Caucasus today's perspective that only flavor of Interest globalization and modernization have been added. It seems urban management of Caucasus adopted the same approach to organizing a street perspective, with a different purpose from the socialist era, that achieving the government's goals has priority over urban life. This article is a comparative view of the streets of the Caucasus in the socialist period and thereafter, provides the phenomenological analysis of urban management approaches towards designing street.
