خلاصة:
سیاست‌گذاری تقسیم اراضی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بلافاصله پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در دستور کار نهادهای حاکمیتی قرار گرفت. ضرورت ایجاد تغییرات بنیادی در وضعیت زمین و زمین‌داری در کشور، تمرکز شعارهای انقلاب بر عدالت اجتماعی و درخواست‌های روستائیان برای تغییر در شیوه زمین‌داری از عواملی بودند که موجب شد تا این مسئله مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. این فرآیند که از سال 1358 آغاز شد و تاکنون با فراز‌ونشیب‌هایی تداوم یافته است، دارای پیامدهایی در فضای اجتماعی روستاها و بالتبع کشور بوده است. مقاله پیش رو حاصل پژوهشی است که بدلیل موضوع نو و بدیع، در آن از روش مصاحبه عمیق برای گردآوری اطلاعات و داده بهره گرفته شده است. این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که پیامدهای اجتماعی تقسیم اراضی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، ضمن رجوع به نخبگانی که در هیئت‌های 7 نفره تقسیم زمین در اوایل انقلاب مشغول به کار بوده‌اند و یا به‌نوعی در وضع و تصویب قوانین مربوط به زمین در جمهوری اسلامی ایران سهیم بودند، به گردآوری داده در مورد پیامدهای اجتماعی تقسیم اراضی پرداخته شد. تقویت بنیان‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستاها، تقویت و تشویق همکاری جمعی بین روستائیان با شکل‌گیری نظام بهره‌برداری مشاع، جلوگیری از مهاجرت روستائیان به شهرها و ایجاد و تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی پیامدهای اجتماعی تقسیم اراضی انقلاب اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. با تدوین پرسشنامه جدیدی مجددا به نخبگان مذکور مراجعه شده و به اولویت‌بندی پیامدهای اجتماعی تقسیم اراضی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته شده است.
The policy of dividing land in the Islamic Republic of Iran immediately became the agenda of sovereign institutions, right away after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The necessity of making fundamental changes in the state of land, and land use in the country, the focus of the revolutionary slogans on social justice, and the demands of villagers to change land management were among the factors that led to this issue being addressed. This process, which began in 1979 and has continued with ups and downs, has had implications for the social space of the villages and the country.
To this end, this research intends to gather information and data through a deep interviewing method. In this method, plus referring to the elites who worked in the 7-person delegation of land in the early days of the revolution, or somehow contributed to the establishment and approval of land laws in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the results were compiled by dividing the social consequences lands were dealt with. In the next step, the AHP (Hierarchy Analysis) technique has been used more than other methods in management science. In this regard, by elaborating a new questionnaire, the elites have been referred to this section to prioritize the social consequences of land division in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
