خلاصة:
سابقه و هدف: رشد روزافزون چاقی در جهان سبب پیدایش مشکلات گوناگون جسمی و روان شناختی برای افراد شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر روش باکروید بر نگرش خوردن و افزایش عزت نفس زنان مبتلا به چاقی رده سنی 30-20 ساله شهر اصفهان انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش به صورت نیمهآزمایشی با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه صورت گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به چاقی شهر اصفهان در بهار سال 1393 بودند که براساس روش نمونهگیری هدفمند 30 نفر از زنان چاق مراجعهکننده به کلینیک سلامت سپاهان انتخاب شده و سپس به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری (آزمایش و گواه) جایگزین شدند. مداخلات درمانی مبتنی بر روش باکروید بر روی گروه آزمایش، در طی 16 جلسه دوساعته و هفتهای دوبار انجام گرفت. ابزار اندازهگیری این پژوهش مقیاس BMI، فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه نگرش خوردن و پرسشنامه عزت نفس بودند. در این پژوهش جهت آزمودن فرضیهها از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر با بهره گیری از بسته نرم افزاری SPSS-20 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر روش باکروید در بهبود عزت نفس تاثیر معنیدار داشته (0.001P<)، در حالیکه تاثیر معنی داری بر بهبود نگرش خوردن در شرکت کنندگان گروه مداخله مشاهده نشد (0.05<P).
نتیجه گیری: بنابر یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش می توان از روش باکروید در جهت افزایش عزت نفس زنان مبتلا به چاقی بهره برد.
Background and Objectives: Obesity has been increasing around the world and this
phenomenon is creating many physical and psychological problems. Hence, this study
considered the effectiveness of Buckroyd’s group-based therapeutic approach on increasing
self-esteem and improving eating attitude of obese 20- to 30-year-old females in Esfahan.
Materials and Methods: This study was semi-experimental, statistical society of which
involved all obese females referred to Sepahan Salamat Clinic in Esfahan, during year
2014. Overall, 30 over-weight females, who had a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 25
and 35, a minimum education of diploma, and age of 20 to 30 years old were selected
purposefully and divided randomly to two equal groups. Buckroyd’s therapy was
performed in sixteen sessions and each session lasted two hours twice per week. Research
measurements included body mass index, demographic form, self-esteem and eating
attitude questionnaires. Variance analysis and frequency measurement were performed
with the SPSS 20 software and were used for confirming the hypothesis.
Results: Results showed that Buckroyd’s group therapy increased self-esteem (P < 0.001),
but didn’t improve eating attitude (P > 0.05).
Conclusions: The findings showed that Buckroyd’s therapy approach can be used for
increasing self-esteem but cannot be used for improving eating attitude of obese females.
