خلاصة:
جذب، تربیت و توسعه حرفه ای معلمان، یکی از مسئله های اساسی کشور ما و بسیاری از دیگر کشورهاست. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مولفه های نظام تربیت معلم با توجه به اسناد تحولی نظام تعلیم وتربیت رسمی و عمومی کشور است و این مقاله به منظور پاسخگویی به سوالات ذیل تدوین شده است: 1- رهنمونهای مرتبط با مولفه جذب و گزینش معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش کدام اند؟2- رهنمونهای مرتبط با مولفه حفظ و ارتقای معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش کدام اند؟ روش تحقیق روشی ترکیبی است. در مرحله نخست، با بهره گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، تبیینی تحلیلی از مبانی نظری متناظر با سوالات تحقیق به عمل آمده، در مرحله دوم با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل تاملی، رهنمونهای مرتبط با هر یک از مولفه های جذب، گزینش، حفظ و ارتقای معلمان از اسناد تحولی آموزش و پرورش احصا شده و در مرحله سوم با بهره گیری از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به صورت هدفمند، در راستای نتایج تحقیق از صاحب نظران مرتبط با موضوع، نظرخواهی به عمل آمده تا به این ترتیب اعتبار نتایج مشخص شود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه، آزمونهای کمی روی داده های استخراج شده انجام گرفته است. برای سنجش پایایی این پرسشنامه به دلیل چند گزینه ای بودن و به کارگیری مقیاس لیکرت از آلفای کرونباخ و برای اعتبارسنجی نتایج تحقیق از آزمون آماری فریدمن استفاده شده زیرا متغیر وابسته دارای مقیاس اندازه گیری رتبه ای بوده است. یافته های حاصل از این تحقیق ده رهنمون مرتبط با مولفه های جذب و گزینش و 27 رهنمون مرتبط با مولفه های حفظ و ارتقای معلمان بوده است.
Recruitment, training and professional development of teachers is of paramount importance in many countries. Hence, the present study was carried out to answer the following questions: 1. What are the guidelines for teachers’ recruitment and selection based on Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? 2. What are the guidelines for teachers’ retention and promotion according to Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? The study utilized a mixed method. More specifically, in the first stage, an explanation of the theoretical foundations of the study was provided using a descriptive-analytical method. In the second stage, the guidelines pertaining to each of the components of teachers’ recruitment, selection, retention, and promotion were derived from Fundamental Reform Documents of Education using a reflective method. In the third stage, experts’ opinion on the validity of the results was obtained using a researcher-made questionnaire. Next, quantitative tests were performed on the questionnaire data. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. For the purpose of the validation of the results Friedman test was used. The findings of the study included 10 guidelines for teachers’ recruitment and selection and 27 guidelines for teachers’ retention and promotion.
