خلاصة:
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی پوشش خبری تحولات سوریه در دو روزنامه جمهوری اسلامی و القدس العربی است. روزنامه جمهوری اسلامی از نظر گرایش سیاسی خط مشی میانه رو و معتدلی دارد و در هیچ کدام از طیف‌های اصول‌گرایی و اصلاح طلبی قرار نمی‌گیرد. همچنین روزنامه القدس العربی یک روزنامه‌ای مستقل از دولت است که در خارج از مرزهای سیاسی فلسطین و در لندن چاپ می شود و با دیگر روزنامه‌های کشورهای عربی مانند عربستان و قطر که در این پژوهش به نقش این کشورها اشاره شده است، متفاوت می باشد. از این رو با توجه به این شباهت ها،این دو روزنامه برای بررسی در این پژوهش انتخاب شده‌اند. روش مورد استفاده، روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع کمی است. حجم نمونه شامل 6 ماه (بهار و تابستان1397) از کلیه مطالب مربوط به تحولات سوریه در این دو روزنامه است. در این پژوهش،جهت‌گیری هر دو روزنامه مذکور با توجه به نظریه سوگیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به نظریه سوگیری و کاربرد آن در تحلیل‌های رسانه‌ای می توان به عینیت و واقعیت‌گرایی رسانه‌ها و همچنین به جهت‌گیری های مثبت و منفی و حتی خنثی آنان پی برد. در این زمینه یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر به تفاوت معنی داری بین جهت‌گیری دو روزنامه مذکور رسیده است. با استفاده از برجسته‌سازی رسانه‌ای،رسانه‌ها در نحوه انعکاس و برجسته کردن اخبار و مطالب خود بر اساس خط مشی و رسالت سازمان خبری متبوع خویش عمل می کنند. روزنامه‌های جمهوری اسلامی و القدس العربی نیز بر اساس همین اصل به پوشش تحولات سوریه پرداخته‌اند. ودر این زمینه نیز تفاوت معنی داری بین این دو روزنامه بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش مشاهده می شود.
Some natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or seasonal illnesses in Tehran, cause many harm to people annually. Therefore, providing appropriate and appropriate media training to familiarize with these risks and how to deal with them and prevent them, are the main strategies to reduce the damage to families. The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of Tehran citizens with the function of the media in providing information and training to deal with common hazards. The research method used is descriptive-survey with measuring the causal relationship between research variables. The statistical population of this study included all residents of Tehran metropolis who were selected by simple random sampling and using Cochran formula 301 subjects. The method of data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Wilcoxon test was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the respondents' age, their level of education and duration of use of mass media and their satisfaction with the information and educational function of the media. Audience satisfaction with media performance is also increased in some hazards such as earthquakes and severe storms after an accident and in some events such as floods, before the accident, the audience satisfaction of the mass media users is greater.
