خلاصة:
زمینه و هدف: مرور پژوهش ها نشان می دهد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر رضایت زناشویی موثر است اما تعیین نقش ویژگی های شخصیت در تعدیل این اثر مغفول مانده است، از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر رضایت زناشویی با نقش تعدیل کنندگی ویژگی های شخصیت انجام شد.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از جامعه آماری مراجعه کنندگان متاهل مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران، تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه های پژوهش شامل رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1989) و ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو (1998) بود. درمان پذیرش و تعهد به مدت 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش برگزار گردید ولی گروه کنترل هیچ گونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. بدین ترتیب داده های پژوهش جمع آوری و با استفاده از کواریانس تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج پس آزمون نشان از افزایش رضایت زناشویی گروه آزمایش داشت و تحلیل روش بلوکی نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی با نقش تعدیل کننده ویژگیهای شخصیت تاثیر معنی داری داشته است (p≤0/05).
نتیجه گیری: ویژگی های شخصیت نقش تعدیل کننده معنی داری در تاثیر پذیرش و تعهد بر رضایت زناشویی داشت، می توان در بهبود زندگی زناشویی با رویکرد پذیرش و تعهد بر ویژگی های شخصیت نیز توجه داشت.
Background and Aim: Research shows that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective on marital satisfaction, but determining the role of personality traits in modulating this effect has been neglected, so the present study aims to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment treatment It was performed on marital satisfaction with the moderating role of personality traits.
Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. From the statistical population of married clients of Tehran counseling centers, 30 people were selected as the available sample and randomly divided into two experimental groups (15 people) and control group (15 people). Research questionnaires included Enrich (1989) on marital satisfaction and Neo (1998) on personality traits. Acceptance and commitment treatment was held for 8 sessions for the experimental group but the control group did not receive any training. Thus, research data were collected and analyzed using covariance.
Findings: Post-test results showed an increase in marital satisfaction of the experimental group and block method analysis showed that acceptance and commitment based therapy had a significant effect on increasing marital satisfaction with a modulating role of personality traits (p≤0.05).
Conclusion: Personality traits had a significant moderating role in the effect of acceptance and commitment on marital satisfaction. It can also be considered in improving marital life with the approach of acceptance and commitment on personality traits.
