تاثیر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بر رتبه‌بندی اعتباری شرکت‌ها با توجه به نقش تعدیلی نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام مقالة

هدف: امروزه شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رتبۀاعتباری از نظر مقایسه ریسک اعتباری یک بنگاه اقتصادی با بنگاه‌های اقتصادی دیگر و هم ازنظر رقابت‌پذیری بنگاه اقتصادی، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بر رتبه‌بندی اعتباری شرکت‌ها با توجه به نقش تعدیلی نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهامبه اجرا درآمده است.  روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است. همچنین در این پژوهش با توجه به نوع داده‌ها و روش‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل موجود، از روش داده‌های ترکیبی استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، روش اسناد کاوی و مراجعه به بانک‌های اطلاعاتی؛ و روش تحلیل داده‌ها از نوع استنباطی است. در پژوهش حاضر داده‌های مورد نیاز از نرم‌افزار ره‌آورد نوین، صورت‌های مالی شرکت‌ها و سندکاوی و همچنین سایت کدال استخراج شده است.جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1389 تا 1398 است. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از الگوی داده‌های ترکیبی استفاده شد.   یافته‌ها:نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد کهمسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، اثر مثبت و معناداری بر رتبه‌بندی اعتباری شرکت دارد. به‌عبارت‌دیگر افزایش سطح اهمیت شرکت به مقوله مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی موجب افزایش رتبۀ اعتباری شرکت نزد اعتباردهندگان می‌گردد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام بر رابطه بین مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی با رتبه‌بندی اعتباری شرکت تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارد.بدین ترتیب زمانی که شرکت‌ها نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام بالایی داشته باشند، انجام بندهای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی تاثیر چندانی بر نظر مساعد اعتباردهندگان نخواهد داشت و اعتباردهندگان اقدام به کاهش رتبه اعتباری شرکت‌ها می‌نمایند؛ بنابراین افزایش نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام منجر به کم‌رنگ شدن رابطه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی با رتبه اعتباری شرکت‌ها می‌گردد. نتیجه‌گیری: سرمایه‌گذاران و اعتباردهندگان علاقه دارند به شرکت‌های که ابعاد مختلف مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی را به‌خوبی اجرا می‌نمایند، اهمیت بیشتری می‌دهند. این امر منجر می‌گردد که این شرکت‌ها نزد سرمایه‌گذاران و اعتباردهندگان اعتبار بالاتری به‌واسطه اجرای بندهای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بیابند. همچنین با افزایش نوسان پایین به بالای سهام، احتمال بروز ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام نیز افزایش می‌یابد که این امر می‌تواند باعث بدبینی اعتباردهندگان به شرکت نسبت به عدم پرداخت تعهدات مالی‌شان ‌گردد؛ در نتیجه در چنین شرایطی انجام بندهای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی تاثیر چندانی بر نظر مساعد اعتباردهندگان نخواهد داشت و اعتباردهندگان اقدام به کاهش رتبه اعتباری شرکت‌ها می‌نمایند. سرمایه‌گذاران و اعتباردهندگان با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می‌توانند دست به انتخاب شرکت‌های مناسب جهت سرمایه‌گذاری بزنند. همچنین سازمان‌هایی که اقدام به رتبه‌بندی شرکت‌ها می‌کنند می‌توانند از نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی به‌عنوان دو عامل بسیار مهم و تعیین‌کننده در رتبه‌بندی استفاده نمایند.

Objective: Today, identifying the factors affecting the credit rating is of particular importance in terms of comparing the credit risk of one firm with other firms and also in terms of competitiveness of the firm. The purpose of this study was the effect of Social Responsibility on the Credit Rating of Companies due to the Adjusting Role of Low to High Stock Returns Method: The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose. Also, in this study, according to the type of data and available analysis methods, the combined data method has been used. Data collection method, document mining method and referring to databases; and the method of data analysis is inferential. In the present study, the required data have been extracted from the new Rahvard software, corporate financial statements and documentation, as well as the Cadal site. The statistical population of the present study is all companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2020 and the software used to prepare data and estimate models is Eviews 10. Combined data model was used to test the research hypotheses. Results: The results of the research hypothesis test show that social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the credit rating of the company. In other words, increasing the level of importance of the company to the category of social responsibility increases the company's credit rating with creditors. Also, the results showed that Low to High Volatility of Sales Market have a negative and significant effect on the relationship between social responsibility and the company's credit rating. Thus, when companies fluctuate from Low to High Volatility of Sales Market, the implementation of social responsibility clauses will not have much effect on the favorable opinion of creditors, and creditors will reduce the credit rating of companies; Therefore, increasing low-to-high volatility of stock returns leads to a weakening of the relationship between social responsibility and the credit rating of companies. Conclusion: Investors and lenders are more interested in companies that perform well in various aspects of social responsibility. This leads to these companies gaining more credit with investors and creditors through the implementation of social responsibility clauses. Also, with the increase of Low to High Volatility of Sales Market, the stock prices crash risk increases, which can cause creditors to be pessimistic about the company for non-payment of their tax obligations; As a result, in such circumstances, the implementation of social responsibility clauses will not have much effect on the favorable opinion of creditors, and creditors will reduce the credit rating of companies. Investors and creditors can use the results of this study to select the right companies to invest. Also, organizations that rank companies can use low to high fluctuations in stock returns and social responsibility as two very important and determining factors in the ranking.

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی بر رتبه‌بندی اعتباری شرکت‌ها با توجه به نقش تعدیلی نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام به اجرا درآمده است. همچنین با افزایش نوسان پایین به بالای سهام، احتمال بروز ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام نیز افزایش می‌یابد که این امر می‌تواند باعث بدبینی اعتباردهندگان به شرکت نسبت به عدم پرداخت تعهدات مالی‌شان ‌گردد؛ در نتیجه در چنین شرایطی انجام بندهای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی تأثیر چندانی بر نظر مساعد اعتباردهندگان نخواهد داشت و اعتباردهندگان اقدام به کاهش رتبه اعتباری شرکت‌ها می‌نمایند. افزایش نوسان پایین به بالای سهام منجر به بی‌اعتمادی اعتباردهندگان در خصوص عدم توانایی شرکت در پرداخت تعهدات مالی‌شان می‌گردد؛ در چنین شرایطی حتی اجرای ابعاد مختلف مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی نمی‌تواند نظر مساعد اعتباردهندگان را با خود همراه نماید؛ زیرا برای اعتباردهندگان در شرایط رقابتی کنونی بازار عملکرد شرکت و حفظ ارزش قیمت سهام توسط شرکت مهم است که با افزایش نوسان پایین به بالای بازده سهام اعتباردهندگان اقدام به کاهش رتبه اعتباری شرکت‌ها می‌نمایند (ژیونگ و همکاران، 2019).
