خلاصة:
زمینه و اهداف: مشکلات آموزش بالینی اثرات نامطوبی در دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی پرستاری و مامایی و در نهایت بر سلامت جامعه دارد. بدون تردید ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان نقش مهمی در شناخت مشکلات و ارتقای سطح کیفی آموزش بالینی دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی و مقطعی 361 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد فلاورجان در سال 1394 به روش تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه کیفیت آموزش بالینی در پنج حیطه جمع آوری شد. دادهها با آزمونهای تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب هم بستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: کیفیت کلی آموزش بالینی در سطح متوسط بود. در حیطههای؛ اهداف و برنامههای آموزشی، عملکرد مربیان، برخورد با دانشجو و نطارت و ارزشیابی در سطح متوسط و در حیطه محیط آموزشی ضعیف ارزیابی شد. 55/1% دانشجویان، محیط آموزشی را ضعیف ارزیابی نمودند. کیفیت آموزش بالینی در حیطههای اهداف و برنامههای آموزشی، محیط آموزشی و نظارت و ارزشیابی از دیدگاه دانشجویان مامایی بطور معناداری بالاتر بود (0/05> P). کیفیت آموزش بالینی در تمام حیطهها بر حسبترم تحصیلی اختلاف معناداری داشت (0/05> P).
نتیجهگیری: با ارزیابی مکرر وضعیت آموزش بالینی میتوان نقاط قوت وضعف موجود را شناخت. بنظر میرسد تأمین محیط آموزش بالینی مناسب، استفاده از مربیان باتجربه و برخورد مناسب با دانشجویان به منظور رفع مشکلات آموزش بالینی پرستاری و مامایی ضروری است.
Aims: The problems of clinical education have the undesirable effects on achieving the goals of nursing and midwifery education and ultimately the community health. No doubt the assessment of clinical education in the viewpoints of students plays an important role in finding the problems and promoting the quality of education. The aim of this study was to determine the quality of clinical education in the viewpoints of nursing and midwifery students.
Methods: In this descriptive cross- sectional study 361 nursing and midwifery students of Islamic Azad University, Falavarjan Branch was selected via census method. Data was collected, using a demographic characteristic form and clinical education quality questionnaire in five fields. Data was analyzed using Independent T, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation tests.
Results: The total quality of clinical education was at intermediate level. In the field of goals and educational plans, supervision and evaluation, instructor's performance and dealing students at the intermediate level and in educational environment was weak. Educational environment was evaluated in weak level by 55/1% of students. Conclusions: It can identify current strengths and weaknesses of clinical education status with frequent evaluations. It seems that providing appropriate clinical education environment, dealing students and using expert clinical instructors is essential for solving clinical education problems of nursing and midwifery.
