خلاصة:
هدف این مقاله این است که نقش نیروهای اطلاعاتی پاکستان در امنیت مرزی ایران ، افغانستان و ارتباط بین گروه های تروریستی جندالله،جیش العدل، انصار فرقان،القائده، طالبان ونقش طالبان را بعنوان یکی از ابزارهای فشار بر افغانستان و همچنین ارتباط بین طالبان افغانستان مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. بین طالبان و آی اس آی ارتباطی تنگاتنگ وجود دارد. سازمان اطلاعاتی پاکستان طالبان را داخل خاک پاکستان در مدارس علمیه پرورش داده میکند، و سوا اصلی آن چگونه سازمان اطلاعات پاکستان در نا امنی مرزی با ایران، افغانستان نقش دارد؟ و درنتیجه فرضیه های آن سیستم اطلاعاتی پاکستان(ای اس ای)در نا امنی مرزی ایران وافغانستان نقش بسزایی دارد. سیستم اطلاعاتی پاکستان(ای اس ای)در نا امنی اجتماعی ایران وافغانستان نقش بسزایی دارد. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی بوده و با توجه به ماهیت موضوع تحقیق و چهارچوب تئوریک آن، میتوان این تحقیق را از نوع کیفی- توصیفی و تحلیلی قلمداد کرد و در نتیجه طالبان تامین کننده منافع استرانژیک کشور های آمریکا،عربستان سعودی ،امارات متحده عربی ،انگلستان و به ویژه پاکستان هستند.
AbstractFinancial crime is one of the major challenges of the world's legal and judicial systems today, and the experience of countries shows the fact that the application of criminal penalties and strict strategies in curbing such crimes has not been very successful. Financial crimes are also very common in Iran and the judiciary has faced a serious problem. Criminologists believe that preventive approaches are more effective, including the economics of happiness and religious beliefs. By controlling economic problems and improving people's income and livelihoods, as well as strengthening religious beliefs, it can prevent financial crime. This article seeks to examine the impact of the economics of happiness and religious beliefs on reducing financial delinquency. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytical and the research findings indicate that the economy of happiness and strengthening religious beliefs have a significant impact on reducing financial crime.Keywords: Economic Happiness, Financial Crime, Iranian Penal System, Religious Belief, Inflation
