هدف این مقاله، استخراج جایگاه امنیت قضایی در الگوی حکمرانی قضایی ج. ا. ا است؛ جهت نیل به این مقصود، پس از تبیین ادبیات نظری، با استفاده از روش تحلیل شبکه مضامین، بیانات و فتاوی شفاهی و مکتوب امامین انقلاب در زمینه قضایی از سال 1332 تا 1401 شمسی مورد واکاوی و تم بندی دقیق قرار گرفت و نهایتا از بین 8057 گزاره (خلاصه نویسی متون و جملات)، شاکله اولیه الگو شامل 351 شاخص، 102 مولّفه و 18 بعد، استحصال و سپس با ارائه به 17 نفر از خبرگان فقهی، قضایی، حقوقی و سیاستگذاری عمومی به همراه یک پرسشنامه جامع، نسبت به اصلاح و تکمیل آن اقدام گردید تا در نهایت الگوی نهایی مورد استخراج قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک DEMATEL حکایت از آن دارد که بعد "امنیت قضایی" بیشترین تاثیرپذیری مستقیم و غیر مستقیم را از سایر ابعاد الگو داشته که با دو شاخص کلیدی خروجی "درک و لمس عینی عدالت قضایی و ثمرات برنامه‌های اجرایی تحول قضایی توسط اکثریت مردم" و "تسلیم قلبی، اعتماد و اقناع ذهنی اقتدار آفرین همگان در برابر کارآمدی دستگاه قضایی و مجموعه ضابطین قضایی" انطباق کامل دارد.
The purpose of this article is to extract the place of judicial security in the model of judicial governance of J.A.; In order to achieve this goal, after explaining the theoretical literature, using the network analysis method, oral and written statements and fatwas of the imams of the revolution in the judicial field from 1332 to 1401 were carefully analyzed and themed, and finally, among 8057 Proposition (summarization of texts and sentences), the initial form of the model including 351 indicators, 102 components and 18 dimensions, extracted and then presented to 17 jurisprudence, judicial, legal and public policy experts along with a comprehensive questionnaire, regarding the reform and It was completed until finally the final pattern was extracted.The analysis of the findings using the DEMATEL technique indicates that the "judicial security" dimension has the most direct and indirect impact from the other dimensions of the model, with the two key output indicators of "objective understanding and touch of judicial justice and the results of executive programs" judicial transformation by the majority of the people" and "heart surrender, trust and mental persuasion of the authority of everyone against the efficiency of the judicial system and the set of judicial officers" is fully compatible.
