هدف: این مطالعه به بررسی استراتژیهای رابطهمداری در بازار حسابرسی ایران میپردازد و اشکال مختلف استراتژیهای مورداستفاده مؤسسات حسابرسی برای ایجاد و حفظ روابط با مشتریان را شناسایی میکند.روش: با استفاده از رویکردهای کمّی و کیفی، مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با شرکای حسابرسی انجام شد و پرسشنامهای برای جمعآوری دادههای کمّی طراحی شد.یافتهها: یافتههای کیفی نشان از ساختار روابط مطلوبیتطلبانه با رویکرد اجتماعی و روابط منفعتطلبانه با رویکرد اقتصادی و سیاسی در بازار حسابرسی ایران دارد. بهعلاوه، مؤسسات بزرگ و قدیمی نسبت به مؤسسات کوچک و جوان در برقراری ارتباط، متفاوت عمل مینمایند. رویکرد کمّی شامل تحلیل عاملی بود که روایی و پایایی مدل معرفیشده را تائید کرد و آزمون دادهها نشان داد که تنها نیمی از راهبردهای رابطه مداری شناساییشده در رویکرد کیفی بهعنوان اشکال رایج رابطه مداری در بازار حسابرسی ایران تأیید شدند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد مؤسسات حسابرسی برای کاهش تهدیدات ناشی از مسائل اقتصادی، بهگونهای اجتنابناپذیر، از رابطه مداری بهعنوان راهبرد کسبوکار استفاده مینمایند.دانشافزائی: این پژوهش بهعنوان یک تلاش اولیه، تصویری جامع و شفاف از استراتژیهای رابطه مداری و طبقهبندی آنها به اشکال مختلف و نیز رواج آنها در بازار حسابرسی ایران ارائه میکند.
Purpose: This study investigates the phenomenon of relationship-oriented strategies in the audit market of Iran and identifies the various forms of strategies used by audit firms to build and maintain relationships with clients.Method: Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with audit partners, and a questionnaire was designed to collect quantitative data.Findings: The qualitative findings reveal that Iranian audit firms employ favoritism relationships with a social approach and utilitarian relationships with an economic and political approach. Moreover, the study found that large and old audit firms exhibit different behaviors in terms of utilitarian relationships compared to small and young audit firms. The quantitative approach involved factor analysis, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the introduced model, and the test of the data indicated that only half of the identified relationship-oriented strategies in qualitative approach were confirmed as common forms of relationship-oriented in the Iranian audit market.Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that Iranian audit firms inevitably use relationship-oriented strategies as a business strategy to mitigate the negative effects of economic issues on their business.Contribution: As an initial effort, this study provides a comprehensive and lucid depiction of the phenomenon of relationship-oriented strategies, and their classification into various forms, as well as their prevalence in the context of the Iranian audit market.
