چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر بازیها و فعالیتهای مبتنی بر پروژه شر بر سرزندگی و بازیگوشی کودکان آهستهگام انجامشده است. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانشآموزان آهستهگام 6 تا 8 ساله در شهر اصفهان که در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 30 دانشآموز آهستهگام بودند که بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس سرزندگی و مقیاس بازیگوشی کودکان بود. به گروه آزمایش در 24 جلسه یکساعته، بازیها و فعالیتهای مبتنی بر پروژه شر آموزش داده شد و گروه کنترل تحت هیچگونه آموزشی قرار نگرفت. برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بازیها و فعالیتهای مبتنی بر پروژه شر بر سرزندگی (001/0=P) و نیز مولفههای بازیگوشی از قبیل انگیختگی فیزیکی (001/0=P)، انگیختگی اجتماعی (001/0=P)، انگیختگی شناختی (001/0=P)، شادی آشکار (001/0=P) و حس شوخطبعی (001/0=P) در کودکان آهسته گام تاثیر دارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به این نتایج، میتوان اینگونه قضاوت کرد که بازیها و فعالیتهای مبتنی بر پروژه شر روش مناسبی جهت بهبود سرزندگی و بازیگوشی در کودکان آهسته گام است و میتوان از آن در مراکز آموزشی و توانبخشی بهره برد.
Aim
The present study is aimed at investigating the effects of games and activities based on Shers project on slow-paced childrens vitality and playfulness.
Method
The population of the study consisted of all 6-8 year old slow-paced children of Isfahan City in the academic year 2015-2016. The sample size of the study included 30 male slow-paced students selected as participants via the convenience sampling technique and then were divided into two (15 participant) experimental and control groups. The research instruments were the Vitality Scale and Children's Playfulness Scale (CPS). The experimental group was trained by 24 one-hour sessions of games and activities based on Shers project, while the control group received no training. To analyze the data, SPSS-21 software and MANCOVA were employed.
Results
The results indicated that games and activities based on Shers project are effective on vitality (p=0.001) and also components of playfulness such as physical spontaneity (p=0.001), social spontaneity (p=0.001), cognitive spontaneity (p=0.001), manifest of joy (p=0.001) and sense of humour (p=0.001) of slow-paced children.
Conclusion
With regard to these results, it can be inferred that games and activities based on Shers project is an appropriate method for improving vitality and playfulness in slow-paced children and it can be used in educational and rehabilitation centers.
