چکیده:
ناباروری یک مشکل مهم بهداشت جهانی است که دارای ابعاد جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی است. شیوع مشکلات روانشناختی در افراد نابارور بالا تخمین زدهشده است. بر این اساس هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی مداخله اثربخشی رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بر افسردگی و استرس و شادکامی در زنان نابارور شهرستان دزفول بود. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات نیمه آزمایشی پیشآزمون- پسآزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دربرگیرنده همه زنان نابارور شهرستان دزفول است که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه گواه (15 نفر) و آزمایش (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه شادکامی اکسفورد، پرسشنامه استرس کوهن و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک استفاده و دادهها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. با توجه به برآیندهای بهدستآمده میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که رواندرمانی مثبتگرا میتواند بر استرس و افسردگی در زنان نابارور کارآمد باشد و باعث افزایش شادکامی در آنها شود.
Infertility is a major global health problem with physical, psychological and social dimensions. The prevalence of psychological problems in infertile individuals is estimated to be high. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of positive psychotherapy on depression, stress and happiness in infertile women. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of positive psychotherapy intervention on depression, stress and happiness in infertile women in Dezful city. This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test with control group. This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study included all infertile women in Dezful city who were selected by convenience sampling and were divided into control (15 person) and experimental (15 person) groups. In this study, three Oxford Happiness Questionnaires, Cohen Stress Questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory were used and data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that positive psychotherapy can be effective on stress and depression in infertile women and increase their happiness.
