چکیده:
ناباروری عاملی موثر در ایجاد مشکلات فردی و اجتماعی است که میتواند افراد مبتلا را در معرض فشارهای روانی گوناگونی قرار دهد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاورهی گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر نشخوار فکری و شادکامی زنان نابارور در یک طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. جامعهی این پژوهش تمامی زنان نابارور مراجعهکننده به مرکز ناباروری میلاد در شهر مشهد بود. 20 زن نابارور به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (10 زن نابارور) و کنترل (10 زن نابارور) اختصاص یافتند. شرکتکنندهها پرسشنامههای نشخوار فکری- وسواسی (نولن هوکسما و مارو) و شادکامی آکسفورد را تکمیل نمودند. شرکتکنندههای گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسهی شصت تا نود دقیقهای تحت مداخلة مشاورهی گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند و شرکتکنندههای گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. تحلیل دادهها به روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری 25-SPSS انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مشاورهی گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، نشخوار فکری زنان نابارور را کاهش و شادکامی آنان را افزایش داده است (001/ 0 ›p). بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده میتوان نتیجهگیری مشاورهی گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برای مشاوران خانواده و روانشناسان بالینی جهت کاهش نشخوار فکری و افزایش شادکامی زنان نابارور میتواند مفید باشد.
Infertility is an effective factor in causing personal and social problems that can expose affected individuals to various psychological pressures. This study aims was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based group counseling (ACT) on rumination and happiness of infertile women in a quasi-experimental design with pretest, posttest and follow up with control group. The population of this study included infertile women fetering to Milad infertility center in Mashhad city. Twenty infertile women were selected using purposeful and voluntary sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental (10 infertile women) and control (10 infertile women) groups. Participants completed the Obsessive Rumination Questionnaire (Nolen Hoxma and Morrow) and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. Experimental group participated in a group counseling based on acceptance and commitment in eight sessions 60-90 minutes each week, and control group received not intervention. Data analysis were analyzed using analysis of variance to repeated measures and and SPSS- 25 software.
