چکیده:
مقدمه: کودکآزاری از مشکلات شایع جوامع مختلف است که اثرات منفی بر سلامت جسمی و روحی و عملکرد کودک و جامعه دارد. در مطالعه حاضر، علل قابل پیشگیری کودکآزاری مراجعان به سازمان پزشکی قانونی اهواز طی سالهای 1390 لغایت 1399 بررسی شد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیک تحلیلی پروندههای پزشکی قانونی کودکآزاری در سالهای 139۰ الی 139۹ موجود در پزشکی قانونی شهر اهواز بررسی شد. اطلاعاتی شامل جنسیت، سن، تحصیلات، منطقه زندگی، نوع والدین (تنی/ناتنی)، علل آزار و اعتیاد ثبت شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: 49.3درصد از موارد کودکآزاری مذکر و 7/50 درصد مونث بودند و میانگین سنی کودکآزاری برابر با 2.19 ± 10.26 سال بود. همچنین 69.9درصد از موارد کودکآزاری فقیر و 30.1درصد در سطح متوسط بودند. 56.2درصد از موارد کودکآزاری دارای والدین تنی بودند. 74درصد از موارد کودکآزاری دارای دو والد بودند 72.2درصد از موارد کودکآزاری بیسواد، 24.7درصد دیپلم و 4.1درصد فوق دیپلم بودند. همچنین از بین موارد کودکآزاری 53.4درصد به دلایل جسمی و 46.6درصد به دلایل جنسی مورد کودکآزاری قرار گرفتند. از موارد کودکآزاری 47.9درصد دارای اعتیاد به تریاک و حشیش بودند.
نتیجهگیری: وقوع کودکآزاری به تفکیک جنسیت کودک تفاوتی را نشان نداد و سطح رفاهی و اقتصادی پایین، سطح تحصیلات پایین، داشتن ناپدری یا نامادری و اعتیاد والدین از ریسکفاکتورهای بروز کودکآزاری بودند. همچنین میزان بالای کودکآزاری جسمی و جنسی در این مطالعه بسیار نگران کننده است.
Introduction: Child abuse is one of the common problems in different societies that has negative effects on the physical and mental health and functioning of the child and society. In the present study, the preventable causes of child abuse in ahwaz forensic medicine organization during 2011-2020 were evaluated.
Methods: In this epidemiological-analytical study, the forensic records of child abuse in the years 2011 to 2020 in the forensic medicine of Ahvaz were examined. File information including gender, age, level of education, area of residence, type of parents, causes of harassment and addiction. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: 49.3% of child abuse cases were male and 50.7% were female, and the mean age of child abuse was 10.26±2.19 years. Also, 69.9% of child abuse cases were poor and 30.1% were moderate. 56.5% of child abuse cases had physical parents. 74.0% of child abuse cases had two parents. 72.2% of child abuse cases were illiterate, 24.7% had a diploma and 1/4% had a post-diploma. Among child abuse cases, 53.4% were physically abused and 46.6% were sexually abused. Of the child abuse cases, 47.9% were addicted to opium and cannabis.
Conclusion: The incidence of child abuse did not differ by gender, however low levels of well-being and economics, low levels of education, having a stepfather or stepmother, and parental addiction were risk factors for child abuse. Also, the high rate of physical and sexual abuse of children in this study is very worrying.
