چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف توصیف و مقایسه تجربه زیسته میانسالان از پدیده کووید-19 و تجربه قرنطینه در پیک نخست و دوم بیماری صورت پذیرفت. این مطالعه از نوع کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی است. 10 شرکتکننده میانسال (41تا65 سال) به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و در طی دو پیک ابتلا به کرونا در کشور مورد مصاحبه عمیق قرار گرفتند. دادهها با مصاحبه 7 نفر به اشباع رسید و برای اطمینان بیشتر مصاحبهها تا 10 نفر ادامه یافت. دادههای به دست آمده از مصاحبهها به روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی تحلیل شدند. پژوهش حاضر به 10 مضمون اصلی و 28 مضمون فرعی دستیافت. مضامین اصلی شامل، مواجهه اولیه، نگرانیها، باورها و تفکرات، روشهای رویارویی، نقش مذهب در برخورد با کرونا، روابط خانوادگی، دغدغههای وجودی برانگیخته شده در خلوت، آثار قرنطینه، رشد پساکرونا و تجربه ابتلای نزدیکان میگردد. به نظر میرسد در اولین پیک کرونا میانسالان اضطراب و نگرانی را تجربه کردند که با گذشت زمان با رویآوردن به مذهب، رعایت اصول بهداشتی و اجتناب رو به کاهش گذاشت. نکته قابلتوجه پژوهش حاضر این است که میانسالان بیشتر از آن که در دو پیک کرونا رشد، تحول و تغییر را تجربه کنند، پذیرش نسبت به بحران و شرایط به وجود آمده را تجربه کردهاند. در واقع میانسالان تلاش میکنند خود را با محدودیتها منطبق کنند و کمتر به فکر تغییر خود و سبک زندگی هستند.
The aim of this study was to describe and compare the lived experience of middle-aged people with the phenomenon of Covid-19 and quarantine experience in the first and second peaks of the disease. This qualitative study was done by descriptive phenomenological method. 10 middle-aged participants (41 to 65 years old) chosen by purposive sampling method and were interviewed in depth during two peaks of corona in Iran. Data were saturated with interviews with 7 people and to ensure more interviews, up to 10 people were continued. Data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by the seven-step Colaizzi’s method. The present study achieved 10 main themes and 28 sub-themes. Key topics included first encounter, worries, beliefs, dealing, the role of religion, family relationships, existential concerns, growth post-corona and the experience of infecting relatives. It seems that in the first peak of Corona, middle-aged people experienced anxiety, which over time, decreased by turning to religion, the principles of hygiene and avoidance. The remarkable point of the present study is that middle-aged people have experienced more acceptance of the crisis and the resulting situation than experiencing growth and change in the two corona peaks.
