چکیده:
مقدمه: کمرویی به عنوان یک پدیدهی پیچیده مرکب از عوامل ذهنی، روانی و اجتماعی تعریف شدهاست که با اضطراب در موقعیتهای اجتماعی یا رفتارهای بین فردی ناشی از نگرانی دربارهی ارزیابی از طرف دیگران مشخص میشود. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی بر رفتار سکوت کلاسی، ترس از ارزیابی منفی و کمرویی در دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم دختر شهر خرم آباد بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان متوسطه دوم مشغول به تحصیل در سال 96-1395 در شهر خرمآباد میباشد. که تعداد 40 نفر از دانشآموزان به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه رفتار سکوتکلاسی بهنامفر، ضامنی و عنایتی (1394)، پرسشنامه ترس از ارزیابی منفی لیری (1983) و مقیاس رفتار کمرویی چیک و ملچیور (1990) جمعآوری شدند. جهت تحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی بر کاهش رفتار سکوت کلاسی، ترس از ارزیابی منفی و کمرویی در دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر خرمآباد اثربخش بود (82/22=F، 001/0p).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی به دانشآموزان منجر به افزایش مهارتهای اجتماعی در دانشآموزان شد که برخوردارری از این مهارتها سبب کاهش رفتار سکوت کلاسی، ترس از ارزیابی منفی و کمرویی دانشآموزان در موقعیتهای اجتماعی میشود.
Introduction: Shyness is defined as a complex phenomenon including mental, psychological and social factors that is characterized by anxiety in social situations or interpersonal behaviors due to being concern about others’ evaluation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social skills training on reducing classroom silence, fear of negative evaluation and shyness of female students in Khorramabad city.
Method: The method of this study is based on pre-test-post-test with control group. The statistical population includes upper secondary school students in Khorramabad city 40 of whom were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling among the target population. Data were collected by Behnamfar, Zameni and Enayati's classroom silence questionnaire (2015), Daliri’s negative evaluation questionnaire (1983) and Cheek & Melchior shyness scale (1990). The descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis) were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results of the study showed that social skills training reduced the classroom's silent behavior, fear of negative evaluation and shyness in female upper secondary school students of Khorramabad city (F = 22.82, P
Conclusion: According to the results of the research it can be concluded that providing students with social skills training increases social skills in students that enjoying such skills reduced the classroom silence behavior fear of negative evaluation and shyness in students in social situations.
