چکیده:
مقدمه: ظهور کووید ۱۹ و پیامدهای آن منجر به ترس، نگرانی و اضطراب در بین افراد در سراسر جهان شده است.
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش تابآوری در پیشبینی آسیب پذیری روانی است.
روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی بوده و جامعه، کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد بیرجند در سال ۱۳۹۹ بود. ۱۲۳ نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان، به عنوان نمونه به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامهها شامل تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون و نشانگان روانی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها علاوه بر میانگین و انحراف معیار، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss انجام شد.
یافتهها: بین نمره کلی تابآوری با آسیبپذیری روانی رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. در بین خرده مقیاسها هم به ترتیب؛ افسردگی (۰/۶۴۷-=r)، حساسیت در روابط متقابل (۰/۵۵۳-=r)، وسواس (۰/۵۰۳-=r)، اضطراب (۰/۴۹۷-=r) و پرخاشگری (۰/۴۷۴-=r) بیشترین همبستگی با تابآوری را داشتند (PP
نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که افزایش تابآوری میتواند به کاهش خرده مقیاسهای آسیبپذیری روانی افراد منجر شود. همچنین میتوان از نتایج این مطالعه برای تشخیص میزان آسیبهای روانشناختی ناشی از بحران پاندمی کووید 19 در کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد بیرجند و برنامهریزی جهت انجام مداخلات روانشناسی لازم در این گروه هدف استفاده کرد.
Introduction: The emergence of COVID-19 and its consequences has led to fear, worry and anxiety among people around the world.
Aim: The goal of this study was to investigate the role of resilience in predicting the psychological vulnerability of employees of the Birjand Islamic Azad University.
Method: This study was descriptive and the community was the staff of Birjand Azad University in 2020. 123 person were randomly selected based on Morgan's table and the questionnaires included Connor and Davidson resilience and psychiatric symptoms. For data analysis, in addition to the mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis were used and data analysis was performed using SPSS 21 statistical software.
Results: The findings showed a significant relationship between the total resilience score and psychological vulnerability. Among the subscales, depression, hypersensitivity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, and aggression were the most correlated with resilience, respectively (P
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that increasing resilience can lead to a decrease in the subscales of psychological vulnerability of individuals. The results of this study can also be used to diagnose the psychological damage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in the staff of Birjand Azad University and to plan the necessary psychological interventions in this target group.
