چکیده:
یکی از چالش برانگیزترین مشاهدات در بازارهای مالی در سالهای اخیر، رفتارهای توده وار و عکس العمل بیش از اندازه سرمایه گذاران و در نتیجه تصمیم گیری غیر عقلائی است. در حوزه مالی رفتاری ویژگیهای روانشناختی سرمایه گذاران یکی ازمهمترین عوامل موثر بر تصمیم گیری سرمایه گذاران و رفتار توده وار آنان شناخته شده است. در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر ویژگیهای شخصیتی و انگیزه فردی بر تمایل رفتار تودهوار سرمایهگذاران با نقش تعدیلی تجربه و دانش مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شده است. قلمرو زمانی مطالعه حاضر شش ماه اول سال 1400 میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کلیهی سرمایهگذاران در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در نظر گرفته شد و بر اساس روش نمونهگیری دردسترس و طبق جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه آماری برابر با 322 نفر انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع گردید. متغیر تیپهای شخصیتی براساس نظریه هورنای، سازگار، پرخاشگر و جدی و متغیر انگیزه فردی، عوامل احساسی، قابلیت شناختی و عوامل اجتماعی در نظر گرفته شدند. دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیل استنباطی در قالب فرضیه های پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از وجود ارتباط معنیدار میان تمامی متغیرهای ویژگیهای شخصیتی با رفتار تودهوار بوده است. همچنین سرمایهگذاران با تیپ شخصیتی سازگار یا مطیع بیشتر تحت تأثیر رفتار توده وار قرار می گیرند.نتایج نشان داد دو متغیر تجربه و دانش مالی نیز بر ارتباط بین تیپهای شخصیتی و عوامل انگیزشی با رفتار تودهوار تأثیر معناداری دارند.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of personality traits and individual motivation on the tendency of investors' herd behavior with the moderating role of experience and financial knowledge in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The scope of the present study is April to September 2021. The statistical population of the present study was all investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange and based on a simple random sampling method and according to Morgan table, the statistical sample size of 322 people was selected. A questionnaire was distributed among them. The variable of Personality types were considered as consistent, aggressive and serious, and individual motivation variable, emotional factors, cognitive capability and social factors were considered based on Horney's theory. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics indices and inferential analysis in the form of research hypotheses. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all variables of personality traits and herd behavior. Also, investors with adaptive or consistent personality types are more affected by herd behavior. The two variables of experience and financial knowledge have a significant effect on the relationship between personality types and motivational factors with herd behavior.
