چکیده:
هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل پارادایمی مدیریت ریسکهای بازاریابی کمین در رویدادهای ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعهای و از نوع تحلیل داده بنیاد بود. 14 نفر از نخبگان صاحب نظر در حوزه برگزراری رویدادهای ورزشی و اساتید دانشگاه در رشته تربیت بدنی به روش گلوله برفی و در حد اشباع نظری جهت انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. از ترکیب عوامل استخراج شده از منابع کتابخانهای و نظرات اساتید مدیریت ورزشی مدیران و متخصصان برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی 45 مؤلفه در قالب 8 عامل بدست آمد. این عوامل شامل عوامل مرتبط به تماشاگران، عوامل بازاریابی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل مرتبط با رویداد و ورزش، عوامل مرتبط با اسپانسر، عوامل قانونی، عوامل مدیریتی و عوامل رسانهای بودند. نتایج این تحقیق با ارائه یک مدل جامع و فراگیر چهارچوبی جامع برای مقابله با ریسکهای ناشی از بازاریابی کمین در رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی را پیش روی مدیران برگزارکننده میگذارد که استفاده از ان میتواند تا درصد بالایی از تضییع حقوق اسپانسرها و کاهش حمایت انان از رویداد جلوگیری به عمل میآورد و بصورت کاربردی در بهبود حمایت مالی از رویدادهای ورزشی مؤثر میباشد.
The purpose of this study was presenting a paradigmatic model of ambush marketing risk management at sporting events. Research methodology in terms of purpose, development and it was a kind of data analysis of the foundation. 14 elites in the field of sporting events and university professors in the field of physical education were selected by snowball method and theoretical saturation for semi-structured interviews. From the combination of factors extracted from library resources and the opinions of sports management professors, managers and specialists of sport events, 45 components were obtained in the form of 8 factors. These factors included factors related to spectators, marketing, cultural, event and sport, sponsor, legal, managerial and media. The results of this study, by presenting a comprehensive and comprehensive model, provide a comprehensive framework for dealing with the risks of ambush marketing in major sporting events, which can be used to prevent up to a high percentage of sponsorship rights and reduce their support for the event and is practically effective in improving financial support for sporting events.
