چکیده:
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه استرس و اضطراب زنان متعهد و غیر متعهد به مذهب در شهر رشت انجام پذیرفت. روش: روش علی – مقایسهای از نوع پس رویداد بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان با تحصیلات بالای دیپلم شهر رشت در سال 1400 بود. 140 نفر با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس برای حجم نمونه هر گروه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه استرس هولمز و راهه (1976) و پرسشنامه اضطراب بک (1991) و پرسشنامه جهتگیری مذهبی آلپورت (1950) بود. در این پژوهش همگن سازی از طریق کنترل جنسیت اعمال شده و فقط زنان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و همتا سازی از طریق برابری حجم دوگروه رعایت شده و دوگروه به تعداد مساوی در نظر گرفته شده است؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش تعداد140 نفر از زنان متعهد و غیر متعهد به مذهب به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و خوشهای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. به این صورت که پس از اجرای پرسشنامه جهتگیری مذهبی افراد برحسب امتیاز کسب شده (خط برش= میانگین) به دو گروه تقسیم شدند و آنگاه نمونه پژوهش متشکل از 71 نفر از زنان متعهد به مذهب و 69 نفر از زنان غیر متعهد به مذهب قرار گرفتند. با توجه به طرح پژوهش حاضر که از نوع پس رویدادی است، بهترین روش جهت تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات، استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (مانوا) است (خلعتبری، 1395). یافتهها: نتیج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که زنان غیرمتعهد به مذهب، استرس و اضطراب بالاتری نسبت به زنان متعهد به مذهب دارند. (01 /0 > P). با توجه به نتیجه کسب شده، پیشنهاد میشود از شیوههای مناسب آموزشی مستتر در آموزههای دینی در دوران تحصیلی، جهت مواجهه با عوامل ایجاد استرس و اضطراب و شیوه کنترل آن استفاده شود.
Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the stress and anxiety of committed and non-religious women in Rasht. Method: The causal method was a post-event comparison. The statistical population included women with higher education in Rasht in 1400. 140 people were selected by available sampling method for the sample size of each group. Data collection tools included the Holmes and Rahe Stress Questionnaire (1976), the Beck (1991)Anxiety Inventory, and the Allport Religious Orientation Questionnaire (1950). In this study, homogenization was applied through gender control and only women were studied. Therefore, in this study, 140 committed and non-religious women were selected as a statistical sample by simple and cluster random sampling. In this way, after performing the religious orientation questionnaire, individuals were divided into two groups according to the points obtained (cut line = average), and then the research sample consisted of 71 women who were committed to religion and 69 women who were not committed to religion. they got. According to the present research design, which is post-event, the best method for data analysis is the use of multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) (Khalatbari, 2016). Results: The results of data analysis showed that non-committed women Religion has higher stress and anxiety than women who are committed to religion. (01/0> P).
