چکیده:
هدف از این پژوهش، تاثیر مداخلات حرکتی آنلاین خانواده محور بر مهارتهای حرکتی درشت کودکان 12-7 سال اوتیسم بود. این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی از نوع کاربردی و با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون بدون گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تمامی پسران ۷ تا ۱۲ سال با تشخیص اختلال طیف اوتیسمی بود. بدین منظور از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس برای خانوادههایی که ملاکهای ورود به مطالعه را دارا بودند استفاده شد. در نهایت 16 خانواده در این پژوهش شرکت کردند که دو خانواده در حین مداخله انصراف داد و نهایتا 14 خانواده دارای کودک با اختلال طیف اوتیسم این مطالعه را به پایان بردند. مداخلات تمرینی شامل برنامه حرکتی اسپارک به مدت ۱۸ جلسه ۳۰ دقیقهای (۶ هفته و هر هفته ۳ جلسه) به صورت فعالیت آنلاین خانواده محور بود. برای گردآوری دادهها از آزمون رشد مهارتهای حرکتی اولریخ ویرایش دوم استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری t وابسته و از طریق نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که متغیر مستقل بر مهارت جابه جایی (89/4 T= ، 001/0P=) و مهارت دستکاری (47/7 T= ،001/0P=) تاثیر معناداری دارد. باتوجه به نتایج توصیه میشود مربیان، درمانگران و والدین از فواید مداخلات حرکتی آنلاین خانواده محور جهت بهبود مهارتهای حرکتی درشت کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم بهره جویند.
Impving individual and social adaptation can facilitat the process important of student’s The aim of this study was the effect of family-oriented online movement interventions on the gross motor skills of 7-12-year-old children with autism. This research was an applied semi-experimental study with a Pre-test and post-test design without a control group. The statistical population of this research included all boys aged 7 to 12 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. For this purpose, the available sampling method was used for families that met the criteria for entering the study. Finally, 16 families participated in this research, two families withdrew during the intervention, and finally 14 families with children with autism spectrum disorder completed this study. The exercise interventions included the Spark motion program for 18 sessions of 30 minutes (6 weeks and 3 sessions each week) as an online family-oriented activity. Ulrich motor skills development test, second edition, was used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using the dependent t test and SPSS version 26 software. the results showed that the independent variable has a significant effect on transfer skill (T=4.89, P=0.001) and manipulation skill (T=7.47, P=0.001). According to the results, it is recommended that coaches, therapists and parents take advantage of the benefits of family-oriented online motor interventions to improve the gross motor skills of children with autism spectrum disorder.
