چکیده:
امروزه با جهانی شدن و رقابت شهرها برای جذب شهروندان، سرمایه گذاران و گردشگران، تصویر شهر و چگونگی ادراک آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، جهانی شدن، کوچک شدن فضا و زمان و اهمیت و نقش شهرها در جا به جایی جمعیت،نیروی کار، سرمایه، ارائه خدمات متمایز و جذب گردشگر، جهان را شبیه به یک بازار کرده که هر کشور، شهر یا منطقه می بایست برای سهم خود در معاملات ومبادلات تجاری، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی جهان با سایرین رقابت کند لذاهدف پژوهش حاضرشناسایی وسطح بندی عوامل اثرگذاربرندشهری ازدیدگاه گردشگران منطقه آزاداروندبارویکردISM است، این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و ازحیث ماهیت و روش توصیفی پیمایشی است ،جامعه آماری پژوهش12 نفر ازخبرگان (کارشناسان گردشگری )هستند که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند (گلوله برفی)و تا سرحد اشباع اطلاعات مورد نیاز و کفایت نظری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که درنهایت7 عامل از عوامل موثر بر برندشهری با استفاده از مدل یابی ساختاری تفسیری مشخص و مدل مرتبط با آن ترسیم گردید ،این عوامل عبارتند از : 1.امکانات شهری 2.فضای اجتماعی وفرهنگی 3.برگزاری جشنواره ورویدادعلمی4.زیرساختهای شهری منطقه آزاد 5.الگوسازی بامحوریت گردشگری 6.داستانها وخاطرات مردم 7.ساختارکالبدی
