چکیده:
مقدمه و اهداف : شرایط مسابقه و رقابت گاهی سبب می شود ورزشکاران بصورت جسمی و ذهنی واکنش هایی بروز دهند که روی توانایی ها و عملکرد آنان اثر منفی داشته باشد؛ در این شرایط ورزشکاران دچار مشکلات روانشناختی از جمله اضطراب می شوند.؛ همچنین درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با چهار رویکرد توجه آگاهی، پذیرش ، تعهد و تغییر رفتار با هدف رسیدن به انعطافپذیری روانی برای شرایط بحران توسط روانشناسان معرفی شده است ؛ لذا هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب ورزشکاران بود. مواد و روشها: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کابردی است و از حیث اجرا از نوع مطالعات شبه تجربی بود که از طرح گروهی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری ورزشکاران استان خوزستان تشکیل داد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت صورت نمونه گیری خوشهای و تصادفی که تعداد ٣٠ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شد و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل ارائه ٨جلسه در هفته و به مدت ٩٠ دقیقـه آموزش درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش و پرسشنامه اضطراب (علی پور وهمکاران ،١٣٩٨) بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر ٥ نفر از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی بررسی و تایید شد. پایایی کلی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب الفای کرونباخ مقدار ٠/٨٦ بود و تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از روش های آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آمار استنباطی تحلیلل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس استفاده شد. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و سطح معناداری، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب ورزشکاران تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت ؛ به عبارت دیگر تفاوت مشاهده شده بین میانگین های نمرات اضطراب شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش –کنترل برحسب عضویت گروهی در مرحله پس آزمون با ٩٥ درصد اطمینان معنی دار بود (٠/٠٥ >P ) و میزان مداخله ٠/٣٧ بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اضطراب ورزشکاران است ؛ ازاینرو توجه به این یافتهها و سازوکار اثربخشی این روش درمانی میتواند اثرات درمانی مناسبی برای کاهش اضطراب این گروه از افراد داشته باشد. بنابراین به روانشناسان ورزشی؛ مربیان و ورزشکاران پیشنهاد می شود که از این رویکرد برای بالابردن سطح آمادگی روانشناختی به ویژه در مواقع بحران استفاده کنند.
Introduction and objectives: The conditions of competition and competition
sometimes cause athletes to show physical and mental reactions that have a

negative effect on their abilities and performance; In this situation, athletes suffer
from psychological problems, including anxiety. Also, treatment based on
acceptance and commitment has been introduced by psychologists with the four
approaches of paying attention to awareness, acceptance, commitment and
changing behavior with the aim of achieving psychological flexibility for crisis
situations; Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of
acceptance and commitment therapy on athletes' anxiety.
Materials and methods: The current research is practical in terms of its purpose,
and in terms of implementation, it was a quasi-experimental study that was
conducted with a pre-test and post-test group design with a control group. The
statistical population consisted of all the athletes ofkhozestan city. The sampling
method was cluster and random sampling in which 30 people were selected as a
statistical sample and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control
groups. The data collection tool included providing 8 sessions per week for 90
minutes of commitment and acceptance therapy training and anxiety questionnaire

(Alipour et al., 2018). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was
checked and confirmed by the opinion of 5 sports management experts. The overall
reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.86 and
was confirmed.
For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics methods and inferential statistics tests
of covariance analysis were used using SPSS software.
Findings: According to the results of multivariate covariance analysis and
significance level, treatment based on acceptance and commitment had a positive
and significant effect on athletes' anxiety; In other words, the observed difference
between the average anxiety scores of the experimental-control group participants
according to the group membership in the post-test stage was significant with 95%
confidence (P<0.05) and the intervention rate was 0.37.
Conclusion: The results indicate the effectiveness of treatment based on acceptance
and commitment on athletes' anxiety; Therefore, paying attention to these findings
and the effectiveness mechanism of this treatment method can have appropriate
therapeutic effects to reduce the anxiety of this group of people. So to sports
psychologists; Coaches and athletes are suggested to use this approach to increase
the level of psychological preparation, especially in times of crisis.
