Abstract:
هدف ما از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی میزان شیوع نگرانی در مورد ظاهر بدنی و اختلال بدشکلی بدن در میان ورزشکاران جوان کرمانشاه بود. بدین منظور 350 نفر از میان ورزشکاران شهر کرمانشاه در رشتههای؛ بدنسازی، وزنه برداری، کاراته، کشتی، بدمینتون، فوتیال و والیبال (هر رشته 50 نفر) به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و پرسشنامه اختلال بدشکلی بدنی (BDDQ) را پاسخ دادند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه تحلیل دادهها از طریق SPSS نسخه 18 و آمار توصیفی (مقایسه میانگینها و انحراف معیار) نشان داد که بدنسازان 65%، وزنهبرداران 49%، کاراتهکاران 47%، کشتیگیران 57%، بدمینتونبازان 28%، فوتیالیستها 34% و والیبالیستها 38% از وضع ظاهری خود نگران بودند و همچنین بدنسازان 19%، وزنهبرداران 15%، کاراتهکاران 16%، کشتیگیران 21%، بدمینتونبازان 2/5%، فوتیالیستها1/7% و والیبالیستها 12% دچار بیماری اختلال بدشکلی بدنی (BDD) بودند. بنابراین نتیجه گرفته میشود که ورزشکاران به ترتیب بدنسازان، کشتیگیران، وزنهبرداران و کاراتهکاران از وضع ظاهری خود بیشتر نگرانند و احتمالا درصد بیشتری از افرادی که در رشتههای ورزشی که بدن آنها در معرض دید است دچار این اختلال بدشکلی بدنی هستند.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of concern about the physical appearance and body dysmorphic disorder among young athletes in Kermanshah. To this purpose, 350 athletes among bodybuilding, weightlifting, karate, wrestling, badminton, volleyball and soccer (each field 50) randomly participated in this study and responded to the Body Dismorphic Disorder Questionnaire (BDDQ). The results of data showed that 65% of bodybuilders, 49% of weightlifters, 47% of karate players, 57% of wrestlers, 28% of badminton players, 34% of soccer players and 38% volleyball players were concerned about their appearance and also 19% of bodybuilders, 15% of weightlifters, 16% of Karate players, 21% of wrestlers, 5/2% of badminton players, 7/2% of soccer players and 12% of Volleyball players suffered from the disease of BDD. Therefore we concluded that athletes respectively, bodybuilders, wrestlers, weightlifters and karate players were more concerned of their body appearances. So possibly a greater percentage of athletes whose body is in sight of the other people are suffering from this disease. Keywords: Body Image, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Athletes, Physical Appearance.
