Abstract:
شیوع انسانی ویروس کرونا در جهان رنج و سختی فراوانی را برای جامعه بشری به همراه داشته است. اما این رنج و سختی به بیماری و مرگومیر محدود نبوده و اقتصاد جهان را در معرض خطر قرار داده و شوک اقتصادی ناشی از این ویروس بر پیکره اقتصاد در سراسر جهان بسیار قایل توجه است. بسیاری از کشورها برای مهار این ویروس قرنطینههای گسترده و محدودیتهای وسیعی وضع کردهاند. ایران نیز بااعمال فاصلهگذاری اجتماعی و تعطیلی مشاغل غیرضروری سعی در کنترل اشاعه این بیماری داشته است. ازاینرو کرونا توانسته است اخلال اقتصادی عمدهای را به جای بگذارد. لذا در این مطالعه با محاسبه شاخص دورکاری (RLI) و طبقهبندی مشاغل و فعالیتها در دو گروه ضروری و غیرضروری با استفاده از دادههای سال 1397 برای مشاغل و فعالیتها از مرکز آمار ایران، شوک عرضه ناشی از بحران کرونا بر پیکره اقتصاد ایران مورد محاسبه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که شوک عرضه کل معادل 34% بوده و بهتفکیک گروههای شغلی اصلی بیشترین شوک عرضه در گروههای شغلی «صنعتگران و کارکنان مشاغل مربوط» و «کارگران ساده» به ترتیب با میزان 70% و 62% بوده است
The human outbreak of the corona virus in the world has caused great suffering and hardship to human society. But this suffering is not limited to disease and mortality, and has put the global economy at risk. The economic shock caused by this virus on the world economy is very significant. Many countries have extensive quarantines and restrictions to curb the virus. Iran has also tried to control the spread of the disease by using social distancing and closing down non-essential jobs. Hence, Corona has been able to overcome major economic problems. Therefore, in this study, the remote labor index (RLI) was calculated. Jobs and activities are classified into essential and non-essential. The data of 1397 for jobs and activities from the Statistics Center of Iran have been used. In order to calculate the supply shock caused by the Corona crisis on the economy of Iran. The results show that the total supply shock was equal to 34% and according to the main occupational groups, the highest supply shocks were in the occupational groups of "artisans and related occupations" and "simple workers" with 70% and 62%, respectively.
