Abstract:
The use of allegory in ancient times among some tribes to teach and explain purposes has been
common. One of the characteristics of allegory is that it is used as a very efficient tool for teaching
mystical and didactic ideas. The story (crow and nightingale) of Sana'i is a beautiful allegory that
states that in Rome (nightingale and magpie) were nesting together in a garden. The raven was
sad, he was inside and thinking to himself because his place is not in the garden, but the happy and
happy nightingale was flying in the garden and telling love stories to himself. He taunted the raven
that I am loud and you are ugly but I am beautiful. The raven was upset because of his words and
left there, the nightingale sat down happily. The raven was sad and the nightingale was happy, a
child was passing by and setting a trap. Both (crow and nightingale) fell into that trap for the greed
of seeds. The raven said to the nightingale: O nightingale, you finally stopped chirping, there is no
difference between a nightingale and a raven, and there is no difference between a torch and a
lamp. Professor Hejhar has translated this story into Kurdish, but he has made many changes in it,
this article has expressed the similarities and differences of the two stories with analytical and
descriptive methods and with a comparative approach, and has made it clear that the characters of
both It is the story of Sanai and Master Hejar (crow and nightingale: Qal and Bulbul). Sanai's
conclusion is different from Master Hejar's conclusion. It can be said that Sanai has reached a
mystical conclusion, but Master Hejar has reached an educational conclusion. In conclusion, Senai
states that there is no difference between a nightingale and a raven, and there is no difference
between a torch and a lamp. The story talks about destruction and death, that whoever you are, you
will be mortal one day. Professor He Jar says that it is surprising that in this big world everyone
likes his work and likes his own morals. In this sense, everyone likes his work and brings thousands
of reasons for his work. It is mentioned in Sana'i's story about Rome that there was a garden in
Rome where a raven and a nightingale had nested, but Ustad Hejhar points out that the raven and
the nightingale were together in a cage. In Sanai's story, he talks about a boy who throws a trap
and puts seeds in it, and the two of them get caught in the trap because of greed, but there is no
mention of this in the story of Ostad Hae Jar. In the story of Master Hae Jar, there is a lot of
dialogue between the raven and the nightingale, where each of them describes themselves and their
qualities and complains that each of them is with the other. In Sanai's story, very little is mentioned
in the description of the characteristics of the raven and the nightingale, but Ostad Hejhar describes
it in detail in the verses. In the story of Sana'i, the nightingale, which is a symbol of pride and
arrogance, taunts the raven that I have a good voice and you are ugly and I am handsome and
beautiful, the raven is upset because of what the nightingale said and leaves. In the story of Ostad
Hezhar, the dialogue is two-way and both of them beat each other and both of them criticize each
other. It is like a debate and the raven defends himself and considers the nightingale to be small
and talkative. Also, in the story of Ostad Hae Jar, he did not mention their separation, but Sanai
mentions that Zagh is upset by Bulbul's words and leaves.
