چکیده:
: اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﻐﻞ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺟﻨﺒـﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ زﻧـﺪﮔﻲaspects of life that an appropriate choice can bebackground of the feeling of satisfaction in اﺳﺖ، ﻛﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ آن ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ زﻣﻴﻨﻪﺳﺎز اﺣﺴﺎسother aspects of life. This research was studying رﺿﺎﻳﺖ در ﺳﺎﻳﺮ زﻣﻴﻨﻪﻫﺎی زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺷﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮایthe effect of training career goal setting on ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺪﻓﮕﺬاری ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﺮ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﺳﺎل آﺧﺮchoosing career goals، and determining theappropriate career، based on more understanding ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ رﺷﺘﻪ روانﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﻴﺎم ﻧﻮر ﺗﻬﺮان درon their needs، goals، interests، capabilities and اﻧﺘﺨﺎب اﻫﺪاف ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺧﻮد، و ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﻐﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ، ﺑﺮاﺳﺎسproportional to personality type for ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎ، اﻫﺪاف، ﻋﻼﻳﻖ، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲﻫﺎpsychology’s students (B.A) of Payame Noor و ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﭗ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺘﻲ ﺧﻮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪUniversity of Tehran. The first، the research- ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﻐﻞ، اﺑﺘﺪا در اﺧﺘﻴﺎر ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 08 ﻧﻔﺮی ازconstruct questionnaire of career choice compl-eted by a group 80 samples of student and then داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﭘﺲ از اﺻﻼح ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﻳﻚ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪafter final correction completed by 50 samples 05 ﻧﻔﺮی از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ رﺷﺘﻪ روانﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﭘﻴﺎمﻧﻮرof psychology's student (B.A) of Payame NoorUniversity and finally from among of those اﺟﺮا و ﺳﭙﺲ از ﺑﻴﻦ آنﻫﺎ 04 ﻧﻔﺮ آزﻣﻮدﻧﻲ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ درstudents 40 subjects were randomly selected، in (، ﺑﺮای اﺟﺮای روشn=20) ( و ﻛﻨﺘﺮلn=20) دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳﺶtwo groups of experi-mental (n=20) and control آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﻴﺶآزﻣﻮن–ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوه(n=20) were placed for performing experimentalstudy with pre-test and post-test. The آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻃﻲ01 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ، ﺗﺤﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺪفﮔﺬاری ﺷﻐﻠﻲexperimental group was trained career goal ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪﻃﻮرsetting in 10 sessions. Findings showed averagescore of experimental group were significantly ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری از ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ راincreased rather than control group that can -ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ داد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﻫﺪفrefer this increase to intervention. Resultsindicated the effectiveness of career goal setting ﮔﺬاری ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﻐﻞ ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎیon career choice of participants. Also findings ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از ﺗﻤﺎم ﺧﺮده ﻣﻘﻴﺎسﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻣﻘﻴﺎس اﻧﺘﺨﺎبof this training affect in career choice subscales ﺷﻐﻞ )ﻧﮕﺮش، اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات و ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ اﻧﺠﺎمﻛﺎر( ﻧﻴﺰ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮsuch as attitude، expectations and ability toaction. .آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺪفﮔﺬاری ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﻮد

ﺑﻌﺪ از اﺻﻼح، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ و رواﻳﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﻳﻚ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 05 ﻧﻔﺮی از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه 64 ﻓﺼﻠﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺷﻐﻠﻲ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ/دوره ﺳﻮم/ﺷﻤﺎره 8/ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰ 0931 اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻲ آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺪﻓﮕﺬاری ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﻐﻞ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﻴﺎم ﻧﻮر اﺟﺮا و ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ روش آﻟﻔﺎی ﻛﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮای ﻛﻞ آزﻣﻮن 67/0 ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
