چکیده:
The most important strategy of Soft War is to exert impact on public opinion. In this ideological confrontation, academic centers are of special priority. The perpetrators of this war intend to transform the atmosphere of universities from a scientific atmosphere where the introduction of different ideas helps flourish talents, into an atmosphere of dispute to destroy religious, cultural, national and ethnic beliefs. Therefore officials should neutralize psychological offensives and to scientifically and journalistically answer their questions with a defensive stance, along with prudence, programming and reinforcement of scientific power as well as university students' religious and cultural beliefs. This article is comprised of two main inquiries: What are the opportunities and challenges faced by Iran in new Iraq? How are the prospects of Iran-Iraq relations rated? Two indexes of (opportunities and challenges) as an independent variable and level of cooperation, relation and prospects of two countries have been studied as dependent variables. In other words, the more opportunities are exploited in current circumstances, the less tension creating elements such as the penetration of extremist groups in Iraq will happen. On the other hand, if more foreign players penetrate Iraq, the ground will be paved for security, economic and more important cultural barriers that are fundamental elements for Islamic Republic of Iran. The collapse of former Soviet Union can be obviously considered as the elimination of one of the historical threats for Iran's security. However, this geopolitical transformation has entailed some security threats for Iran; some of these developments in the domain of southern Caucasia will be mentioned in this article. Analysis of Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy in southern Caucasia is very essential and important, with respect to Iran's geopolitical position and its long political-cultural presence in southern Caucasia, Iran's historical bonds with regional countries, and opportunities and threats existing in this region by regional countries and neighboring competing powers as well as interfering supra-regional countries. From supreme leader's viewpoint, the culture of altruism and martyrdom as a source of social asset has a high ranking position in the progress of Islamic Iran and has caused the reinforcement and progress of Islamic Republic of Iran. Later with respect to people's position and role in Islamic Republic of Iran, this system has been introduced as an establishment of a religious democracy without expecting to have liberal democracy similar to secular systems. The current study intends to explore what strategies global arrogance applies for people and the ruling system in order to implement its domination in cultural arena. Findings of an investigation of Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) thoughts in this field indicates that the global arrogance applies strategies such as cultural and ideological dependence, feeling of inferiority, destruction of national role models, dampening national identity, infiltration into educational and training centers, devaluation of values, using capabilities of naÔve people for their own interests, fostering disruption and separation among people to maintain their cultural domination. These strategies are recognizable and debatable in two levels of people and the ruling system. Having selected ten characteristics out of the most prominent characteristics of Islamic revolution and having provided a brief analysis of each, this article conveys the message of the reinforcement, continuity, dynamicity and durability of these characteristics in line with this movement's power and acceleration of efforts to soar to the sublime summits of transcendental goals of Islamic Republic of Iran. How the foundations of a system are viewed justifies its rules and differentiates it from other systems therefore Islamic ruling system is not an exception. Theological and ideological foundations and roots leading to formation and establishment of Islamic Republic of Iran are the same theological foundations of pure Islam and Ahlul Bayt's (a) school. Islamic Republic of Iran enjoys such foundations as divine epistemology and divine ontology, human studies, studies on God (monotheism), studies of religion (unity of religion and politics), studies a( as well as theory of welayate)on infallible Imams، faqih.
