چکیده:
اهداف: انجام رفتارهای سالم و داشتن یک سبک زندگی سالم در دانشآموزان، مهم است. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده بر ارتقای رفتارهای سبک زندگی سالم در دانشآموزان پسر مقطع اول متوسطه انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی کنترلدار تصادفی است که روی 120 دانشآموز پسر متوسطه اول شهر رفسنجان انجام شد. اطلاعات در دو نوبت قبل و 3 ماه بعد از آموزش توسط پرسشنامه مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده جمعآوری شد. مداخله آموزشی طی 12 جلسه آموزشی برای گروه مداخله انجام گرفت. اطلاعات بهدستآمده پس از جمعآوری، توسط نرمافزار SPSS 16 و با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری t زوجی، t مستقل و کایاسکوئر تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش، هنجارهای ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درکشده و قصد رفتاری در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر و اختلاف معنیدار بود (0.001>p). همچنین میزان پرداختن به رفتارهای سبک زندگی سالم در دانشآموزان گروه مداخله بهطور معنیداری پس از انجام مداخله آموزشی افزایش یافت (0.001>p).
نتیجهگیری: مداخله آموزشی بر اساس نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده رفتارهای سبک زندگی سالم را در دانشآموزان گروه مداخله افزایش داد.
Aims: Doing healthy behaviors and having a healthy lifestyle in students is important. This research was conducted to determine the effect of educational intervention based on the theory of planned behavior on the promotion of healthy lifestyle behaviors in first-grade high school students in Rafsanjan city.
Materials & Methods: The current study was a randomized control trial conducted on 120 first-grade high-school male students in Rafsanjan city. Data were collected before and 3 months after the intervention by a questionnaire based on the theory of planned behavior. the collected data was analyzed by SPSS 16 software and analyzed by paired t-test, independent t-test, and Chi-square test.
Findings: After the intervention, the mean score of knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group and the difference was significant (p
Conclusion: Educational intervention based on planned behavior theory of healthy lifestyle behaviors increased in intervention students after educational interventions.
