چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین اعتیاد به تمرین و تعهد ورزشی در ورزشکاران حرفه ای در دوران قرنطینه و تعطیلی اماکن و رویدادهای ورزشی بر اثر ویروس کووید-19 بود.روش شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی همبستگی بود. نمونه آماری را 134ورزشکار نخبه (64 مرد) با حداقل ۵ سال سابقه فعالیت در رشته های مختلف ورزشی در سطح سوپرلیگ و ملی، با میانگین 20/87 (15 تا 35 سال) تشکیل دادند. برای سنجش تعهد ورزشی، پرسشنامه تعهد ورزشی اسکانلان و همکاران و برای اعتیاد به تمرین، سیاهۀ اعتیاد به تمرین تری و همکاران استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن و رگرسیون انجام شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد، بین تعهد ورزشی و مؤلفه های تعهد و لذت ورزشی، فشار اجتماعی و سرمایه گذاری شخصی با اعتیاد به تمرین رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تعهد ورزشی و مؤلفه های آن %29 تغییرپذیری در نمرات تعهد ورزشی را تبیین می کنند. همچنین سرمایه گذاری شخصی به طور معنادار اعتیاد به تمرین را پیش بینی کرد (p < 0/05).نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد که در دوران قرنطینه ناشی از کووید- 19با کاهش تعهد ورزشی، اعتیاد به تمرین ورزشکاران نیز کاهش پیدا می کند. همچنین مؤلفه سرمایه گذاری شخصی پیش بینی کننده مناسبی برای اعتیاد به تمرین است.
Introduction & Purpose: The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between exercise addiction and sport commitment of athletes and closure of sports venues and events due to corona virus (Covid-19). Methodology: The current study was a descriptive correlational one. The participants of the study consisted of 134 elite athletes (64 men) who had at least 5 years of sports experience at the level of the super league and national with an average age of 20.87 (15 to 35 years). To measure Sport Commitment, Sport Commitment Questionnaire of Scanlan et al. has been applied, and Terry et al.’s exercise addiction checklist has been used to measure the exercise addiction. The collected data has been analyzed by means of Spearman's correlation coefficient and regression.Results: The results of the study revealed a significant positive relationship between sport commitment and components of sport commitment and enjoyment, social constraints and personal investment with exercise addiction. In addition, sport commitment and its components explain 29% of the variability of exercise addiction scores. Besides, personal investment significantly predicted exercise addiction (p Conclusions: According to the findings, during due to Covid-19, with decreasing sport commitment, exercise addiction of athletes will be increased. Moreover, personal investment was also a good predictor of exercise addiction.
