چکیده:
در دنیای ورزش که میان باشگاهها، از جنبههای مختلف رقابت تنگاتنگی وجود دارد، ورزشکاران باتجربه، از سرمایههای باشگاه هستند که همواره سعی بر حفظ این قبیل بازیکنان است. ازاینرو هدف این تحقیق تبیین مدل وفاداری بازیکنان به باشگاه است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بهصورت پیمایشی انجام گرفت. نمونة آماری تحقیق 250 نفر از ورزشکاران شرکتکننده در بیستوهشتمین دورة مسابقات والیبال قهرمانی باشگاههای برتر ایران بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و خوشهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامۀ محققساختهای با 33 گویه بود که پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 93/0 بهدست آمد (01/0 P <). نتایج نشان داد روابط اجتماعی (25/0)، امنیت فکری (20/0)، حقوق و مزایا (15/0)، رضایت (21/0)، عدالت ادراکشده (10/0)، جایگاه باشگاه (16/0)، توسعة حرفهای (15/0) و همذاتپنداری (09/0) میتوانند به وفاداری منجر شوند. همچنین بیشترین عامل مورد توجه بازیکنان خدمات بود که در این خصوص تفاوتی میان دو جنس مشاهده نشد. ازاینرو با توجه به همبستگی بالای عاملهای مستقل مدل، میتوان از آنها بهعنوان ابزار کنترل در مدیریت مؤثرتر و حفظ بازیکنان بهره جست. توجه مدیران به پیشنهادهای مدل، نیل به بهرهمندی از فواید وفاداری بهعنوان منبع اصلی سرمایۀ سازمانی را میسر میسازد.
In the world of sports, there is a close competition between clubs in many aspects, Experienced athletes are the capital of the clubs that are always trying to keep these players. The aim of the present study was to explain the loyalty of players to the Club. This study was descriptive-analytical / survey. The statistical sample of the study was (N=250) athletes who participating in the 28th Iran's championship Volleyball super league who were selected by cluster stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire had 33 items that the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.93 (pThe result indicated that social relationships (0.25), security of intellectual (0.2), salaries and benefits (0.15), satisfaction (0.21), perceived fairness (0.10), position of the Club (0.16), Professional development (0.15) and oneness (0.09) can lead to loyalty. the service was an essential factor to player's loyalty. Also, there was no significant difference between sexes and loyalty. Therefore, considering the high correlation of independent agents, managers can more effectively manage players to keep them for teams. According to the proposed model, managers achieve loyalty benefits as the primary source of organizational capital is possible.
