The complexity and complexity of the vendors in the city due to the multidimensional reality illustrates the need to design a unified and coordinated management structure for local policy and planning and eventually to intervene to organize it. The fundamental issue we face in this research is the proportional organization of sellers by creating seasonal markets based on environmental, physical, and urban biodiversity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of seasonal and participatory local markets on tourism development and the domestic economy by studying a case study of local seasonal market in kan district, Hemmat Highway. The method of this research is descriptive-correlational and the type of parametric test is used with one sample t-test. The method of data collection was based on the library-documentary method and in the literature and literature studies section and the survey method was used to assess citizens' opinions using a questionnaire (regular questions). GIS software was also used to draw the maps and field visit to verify the available data. Finally, SWOT identified weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats to market life of the residents in the area in question. The four axes of physical, socio-cultural, economic, environmental and natural and finally the network of passages and study traffic have been analyzed. In testing the hypotheses based on the K-S test, we find that the index of market building and highlighting the role of home business in the community (q6) with a positive load of 0.194 is accepted. And with significant coefficient (Sig = .016), it has significant relationship with model. Key words: Sales, Organizing, Seasonal Markets, Environmental Quality. Extended Abstract: Introduction Attitudes toward this issue can be categorized into two theories of informality and marginalization. (Shokouei, 2000: 465). The theory of informality further refers to the growth of this sector in the advanced economy, while the theory of marginalization is interpretive for the informal sector in developing societies, which are mainly marginalized groups such as the unemployed, the poor, ethnic minorities, immigrants and other groups. They absorb the same (Carter. Cand others, 1997: P.2). The direct role of vendors in the physical appearance of the city, as well as their effect on the volume of pedestrian traffic and urban riding, is not hidden from anyone. (Mosayebzadeh, 2001: 49) In the Cannes neighborhood, due to the location of the gardens and its location on the edge of Hemmat Highway with high traffic volume, the activity of vendors on the side of this axis has led to increased traffic and accidents (Pars Boom Engineers Consulting Group, 2016: 10) And this issue continues until the exit of the Olympic Village, which covers the entire area in terms of organization. Therefore, the plan to transfer this group of sellers to special local markets located in the barren lands on the outskirts of the neighborhood for their activities is on the agenda of city managers. (Tehran City Studies and Planning Center, 2000: 5) On the other hand, satisfaction and satisfaction is the perceptual result that human beings get based on positive environmental evaluation and individual experience towards their society, so that it leads to physical health, social health, Organic becomes mental health (Dozdozani and Etesam, 2016: 103). In addition to recognizing their characteristics, the effect of the presence or absence of peddlers in the Cannes neighborhood on the volume of pedestrian traffic and urban riding, as well as economic conditions Social vendors before and after the construction of the search market. Methodology This research is a type of analytical research, and in order to achieve the results of the research in an operational and practical form, it describes, explains, predicts and controls variables. To collect data related to peddlers, we used a standard questionnaire for home businesses and peddlers in full and in the form of two general questions (personal information and socio-economic information). Then, in the second questionnaire, we measure the indicators related to the purpose of the research by the expert community. In general, the assessment tools used in this research include two sections: library studies and field studies. The statistical community is done by comparison and conclusion (with the help of statistical software such as SPSS). Results and discussion: In analyzing the results, the following was obtained:The statistical population of the vendors of this study was 52 people, of which 50% have a diploma, 30.7% have an associate's degree and 19.23% have a bachelor's degree. Also, 41% have no license and 21.15% have a license. Among them, 71% of the population are immigrant peddlers and 28.8% are natives. 51.9% of peddlers are reluctant to build a market and sales, and 48% agree to build a market. The descriptive index of vendors' activities was examined as follows: 15.38% are handmade products, 13.46% are food items, 23% are flower and plant sellers, 28.8% are fruit and agricultural sellers, and 19% are sellers of other items. The descriptive index of the trend was 28.84% due to unemployment, 19% due to lack of capital, 23% due to family work, 13% due to its profitability and 15% due to other cases. In the study of the descriptive index of income, 42% of the population of peddlers earn 6 million Tomans per month. Meanwhile, 63% of peddlers are engaged in it periodically. In the second questionnaire, the significance of the model (Sig) in all indicators is less than 0.5% and indicates the significance of all indicators. In examining the hypothesis test based on the K-S test, we find that the market construction index and highlighting the role of home-based businesses in society (q6) with a load of 0.194 in a positive direction have been accepted. And with a significant coefficient (16.Sig =) it has a significant relationship with the model.
