چکیده:
اين تحقيق با هدف شناسائي شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر کيفيت خريد تجهيزات در زنجيره تامين انجام شد. از ميان جامعه آماري که شامل ٢٣٥ نفر کارشناسان و مسئولن مالي، اداري و کارپردازي مرتبط با امر خريد،١٠٠ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که ٧ مولفه شناسائي شده شامل نيروي متخصص، محدوديت در انتخاب سازندگان، شرايط قراردادهاي خارجي ، تضامين و شرايط پرداختها، کمبود نقدينگي ، تغيير خواسته مشتري و نظر کارفرما در انتخاب سازندگان و تحويل کال را ارزيابي ميکرد. پس از اخذ روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه، بين نمونه آماري تقسيم شد. بررسي فرضيه ها با استفاده از آزمون تي تک نمونهاي با سطح معيار ٣/٥ نشان داد که بجز متغير تغيير خواسته مشتري، ساير متغيرها تاثير معناداري بر کيفيت خريد تجهيزات در زنجيره تامين دارند. بيشترين تأثير مربوط به متغير نيروي متخصص بود و پس از آن به ترتيب محدوديت در انتخاب سازندگان و تامين کنندگان، شرايط قراردادهاي خارجي، کمبود نقدينگي، گرفتن تضامين و شرايط پرداخت ها، نظر کارفرما در انتخاب سازندگان و تحويل کال داراي تاثير بر فرايند خريد بودند. طبق نتايج ديده شد که عوامل انساني و سازماني مهمتر از عوامل ساختاري و مالي بودند و لذا توسعه و آموزش بخش انساني و اصلح بخش سازماني پيشنهاد شد.
This study aimed to identify factors influenceing equipment purchasing quality in the supply
chain. For this, were selected 100 IIIIII II IIIIIII IIIIIIII IIIII III 235 IIIIIII II
buying, Financial, administrative and business officers. To collect data, a researcher made
questionnaire was used that through this questionnaire 7 identified components were evaluated
that incloud: skilled worker, restrictions on the choice of manufacturers and suppliers,
conditions of foreign contracts, warranties or conditions of payments, lack of liquidity,
changing customer demands and employer openion in selecting manufacturers and the delivery
of goods. After obtaining validity and reliability, the questionnaire was divided between
samples. Examines of the hypotheses using one sample t-test with 3.5 benchmark level showed
that apart from changing customer demands variables, other variables have a significant impact
on the quality of buying equipment in the supply chain. The most effective variable was skilled
workers, and then restrictions in the choice of manufacturers and suppliers, conditions of
foreign contracts, lack of liquidity, warranties or conditions of payments, and employer openion
in selecting manufacturers and the delivery of goods respectively has an impact on the
purchasing process. The results showed that human and organizational factors were more
important than structural and financial factors, and therefore the training and development of
human and institutional sector reforms was proposed
