چکیده:
هدف از تدوین این مقاله بررسی عوامل مرتبط با خشونت زنان زندانی در زندان کرمان است که با توجه به گستردگی مفهوم خشونت،در مورد خاص آن یعنی ضرب و جرح و قتل عمد مورد توجه قرار گرفته است .روش این تحقیق روش پیمایشی است و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از تکنیک های مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است و تعداد کل افراد مورد بررسی 104 نفر(کل زندانیان با سابقه ضرب و جرح و قتل عمد در سال 99) بوده است.چارچوب نظری تحقیق براساس نظریه فروید،تئوری ناکامی – پرخاشگری دولارد ، دوب ، میلر و سیرز ،نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی باندورا، نظریه کنترل اجتماعی هیرشی و نظریه باتامز می باشد. یافته ها: حاکی از آن است که بیشترین تاثیر علی و مستقیم را متغیر سیستم کنترل در زندان بر خشونت در زندان در بین زنان دارد.این ضریب منفی و برابر با 269/ 0- است. پس از آن محرومیت و ناکامی با تاثیری در حدود263/ 0،کنترل اجتماعی با تاثیری در حدود234/ 0 بر خشونت در زندان تاثیرگذارند. بحث: جرایم خشونت امیزی از جمله قتل در مردان بیشتر از زنان است(براساس ادبیات تحقیق)بیشتر زنانی که سابقه خشونت دارند از مصرف مواد مخدر و الکل رنج می برند،انها پرخاشگری و خشونت را برای حل مشکلاتشان لازم می بینند.سیستم کنترل در زندان تا اندازه زیادی توانسته است جلو ارتکاب به خشونت را در زندان بگیرد و سیستم کنترل اجتماعی در بیرون از زندان تا اندازه زیادی بر خشونت زندانیان در زندان هم تاثیر گذار است.
The purpose of compiling this article is to investigate the factors related to violence against women prisoners in Kerman prison, which due to the broad concept of violence, has been considered in its specific case, ie beatings and premeditated murder.The method of this research is a survey method and interview and questionnaire techniques were used to collect information and the total number of people surveyed was 104 (total prisoners with a history of beatings and premeditated murder in 1999). The theoretical framework of the research is based on Freud's theory is the failure-aggression theory of Dollard, Dobb, Miller, and Sears, Bandura's theory of social learning, Hirsch's theory of social control, and Buthams' theory.Findings: It indicates that the most direct and causal effect of the prison control system variable on prison violence among women. This coefficient is negative and equal to -0.269. After that, deprivation and failure with an effect of about 0.263, social control with an effect of about 0.234 affect prison violence.Discussion: Violent crimes such as murder are more common in men than women (according to the research literature). Most women with a history of violence suffer from drug and alcohol use, they find aggression and violence necessary to solve their problems. The prison has largely been able to prevent violence in prisons, and the system of social control outside the prison has greatly influenced the violence of prisoners in prisons.
