چکیده:
اهداف: ایران، کشوری چند فرهنگی است و تنوع قومی و زبانی یکی از ویژگیهای شاخص آن است. الگوی ملّت در ایران ترکیبی و نامتوازن است. با توجه به اهمیت مساله و انجام بررسیهای کمی صورت گرفته، پژوهش حاضر درصدد مطالعه تجربیات معلمان زبان فارسی از برگزاری دوره آموزش چندزبانگی می باشد.روشها: رویکرد حاکم بر پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و طرح پدیدارشناسی بود و دادههای آن به روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوریشدهاند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای مضمونی انجام گرفت. شرکتکنندگان در این پژوهش، معلمان تکزبانه زبان فارسی شهرستان سیب و سوران بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.یافتهها: تحلیل عمیق مصاحبههای معلمان، موجب شناسایی و دستهبندی پنج مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل: آگاهی زبانی با سه مضمون پایه پیشداوریهای، خودآگاهی و احترام به تنوع؛ دانش زبانی با سه مضمون پایه آگاهی از زبانهای دیگر، کسب دانش در مورد زبان مادری خود و درک نقش زبان در فرایند تدریس؛ چالشها با دو مضمون پایه چالشها در محیط اجتماعی و چالشها در محیط کار؛ احساسات با مضمون پایه احساسات درباره محیط جدید شخص و مقابله با دو مضمون پایه صلاحیتهای چند زبانی و حمایت اجتماعی گردید.نتیجهگیری: دورههای آموزش چند زبانی باعث افزایش دانش و آگاهیهای زبانی معلمان میشود و آنها را در مواجهه با چالشهای زبانی آماده میسازد.
Objectives: Iran is a multicultural country and ethnic and linguistic diversity is one of its key
features. The model of the nation in Iran is mixed and unbalanced. Due to the importance of the
issue and quantitative studies, the present study tries to study the experiences of Persian
language teachers from holding a multilingual training course.
Methods: The approach of the present study was qualitative and phenomenological design and
its data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was performed using
thematic content analysis method. Participants in this study were monolingual Persian
language teachers in Sib and Soran who were selected by purposive sampling.
Findings: depth analysis of teacher interviews leads to the identification and categorization of five
organizing themes, including: language awareness with three basic themes of prejudice, selfawareness
and respect for diversity; Language knowledge with three basic themes: knowledge of
other languages, gaining knowledge about one's mother tongue and understanding the role of
language in the teaching process; Challenges with two basic themes: challenges in the social
environment and challenges in the workplace; Emotions with a basic theme Emotions about a
person's new environment and coping with the two basic themes became multilingual
competencies and social support.
Conclusion: Multilingual training courses increase teachers' language knowledge and awareness
and prepare them to face language challenges.
