چکیده:
هدف از این پژوهش، پیش بینی اضطراب (بیماری کووید19) بر اساس انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی کارمندان زن معاونت بهداشت کرج بود. بی شک یکی از مهمترین این عوامل ، اضطراب مربوط به بیماری کرونا است. پژوهشها نشان میدهند که بروز بیماریهایی مانند بیماریهای تنفسی به علت مشکلات جدی جسمانی وکاهش کیفیت زندگی بیماران باعث بروز اضطراب ناشی از بیماری خواهند شد. این عوامل میتوانند مجموعهای از نشانه ها تا اختلالات بالینی جدی را به وجود آورند. افزایش احساس تنهایی ، کاهش حمایت اجتماع ، کاهش امید به زندگی و از احساس ترس و نگران تا استرس و اضطراب بالینی ، وسواس فکری و عمل مرتبط با بیماری و حتی نشانه های از استرس پس از سانحه در شرایط مشابه دیده شده است.روش نمونهگیری این پژوهش، نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده بود. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب کرونا ویروس، پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی صفرزایی و همکاران بود. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که انعطافپذیری روانشناختی میتواند حدود 3.5 درصد از تغییرات اضطراب کووید 19 را تبیین کند. بنابراین فرضیه تحقیق مبنی بر اینکه اضطراب کووید 19 بر اساس انعطافپذیری روانشناختی پیش بینی میشود تایید شد. نتیجه گیری: کارمندان زن معاونت بهداشت کرج که دارای انعطاف پذیری شناختی بالایی بودند در مواجهه با اضطراب کرونا توانایی سازگاری داشتند.
The aim of this study was to predict anxiety (Covid disease 19) based on the psychological flexibility of female employees of Karaj Health Department. Undoubtedly, one of the most important of these factors is anxiety related to coronary heart disease. Research shows that diseases such as respiratory diseases can cause anxiety due to serious physical problems and reduced quality of life of patients. These factors can range from symptoms to serious clinical disorders. Increased feelings of loneliness, decreased social support, decreased life expectancy, and feelings of fear and anxiety to clinical stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and even signs of post-traumatic stress have been seen in similar situations. The research was simple random sampling. The research instrument was a standard questionnaire including coronavirus anxiety questionnaire, zero resilience psychological resilience questionnaire and colleagues. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. Research findings show that psychological resilience can explain about 3.5% of changes in Covid 19 anxiety. Thus, the research hypothesis that Covid's anxiety is predicted based on psychological flexibility was confirmed. Conclusion: Female employees of Karaj Health Department who had high cognitive flexibility were able to adapt to coronary anxiety.
