In the interpretation of verse 49 of Surah Al-Ankabut: To whom or what is it, the meaning of "verses of evidence" and, more importantly, the determination of the instance of "those who have learned knowledge" will change. In this research, the descriptive-analytical method of the interpretive views of the two sects in the first five centuries AH has been studied. In the views of the sects, several opinions can be sought about the meaning of the phrase (الذین اوتوا العلم) which are: People of the Book and their scholars, People of the Book who have become Muslims, believers, scholars, the Prophet of Islam and infallible Imams. Among the Imams, they have introduced themselves as the only examples of the verse. In the critique of views, first in determining the reference of the pronoun (hu) between (the Prophet and the Qur'an), it was found that the Qur'an is the reference of the pronoun, and as a result, some of the examples mentioned for the phrase (الذین اوتوا العلم) They lost. Then, by explaining the meaning of the phrase (ایات بینات), the attribution (الذین اوتوا العلم) to the Holy Prophet and the infallible Imams, which is mentioned in some Shiite interpretive narrations,
