The present treatise is in response to a question by Shah Sulaimansafavi, who asked his special physician, Mirza Ashraf. The question is about the difference between rose water and meat broth. The king asked why meat juice, which is obtained by sweating, is fatty. It is not, but rose water is rich in ingredients. Mirza Ashraf, based on the traditional medicine method, and based on Greek physics, and using Ibn Sina's material, tries to explain that composite objects have different conditions when sweating. In some, their material is easily separated and in some it is not. This treatise, in a simple way, shows the relationship between Greek physics and traditional medicine with the common therapeutic methods of using herbs, issues that are not valid from the point of view of chemistry and medical knowledge today, but in any case, they are a part of the history of science in our country.
