چکیده:
اختلال شخصیت مرزی یکی از شایعترین اختلالات روانپزشکی میباشد. ویژگی اساسی اختلال شخصیت مرزی یک الگوی فراگیر بیثباتی روابط بین فردی، تصور خود، تمایلات و تکانشگری علامت دار است که از اوایل بزرگسالی شروع میشود و در انواع زمینهها موجود است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه انعطافپذیری شناختی، تکانشگری و عملکرد تحصیلی کیفی در دانشجویان با رگههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی و عادی انجام گرفت. تعداد 20 نفر از دانشجویان با رگههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی و 20 نفر از دانشجویان عادی با پرسشنامه شخصیت مرزی (BPI) انتخاب شدند. سپس آزمون دسته بندی کارتهای ویسکانسین، پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت و پرسشنامه عملکرد تحصیلی کیفی بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (MANOVA) نشان داد که بین دوگروه در هر سه متغیر انعطافپذیری شناختی، تکانشگری و عملکرد تحصیلی کیفی تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. بنابراین، نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که دانشجویان با رگههای اختلال شخصیت مرزی نقایصی را در انعطافپذیری شناختی، تکانشگری و عملکرد تحصیلی کیفی نشان میدهند.
Borderline personality disorder is one of the most common psychiatric disorders. The essential feature of borderline personality disorder is a pervasive pattern of instability of interpersonal relationships, self-image, and affects, and marked impulsivity that begins by early adulthood and is present in a variety of contexts. This study aimed to compare cognitive flexibility, impulsivity and quantitative educational performance in college students with borderline personality traits and normal college students. In this regard, 20 college student with Borderline personality traits and 20 normal college students were chosen by borderline personality inventory (BPI), ), and then participants were evaluated with Wisconsin Card Sorting Test, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11, and Educational Performance Test. Data were analyzed using Multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA). The results showed that there are significant difference between college students with borderline personality traits and normal college students in cognitive flexibility, impulsivity and quantitative educational performance. Therefore, the results of this study indicated that college students with borderline personality traits exhibited deficits in cognitive flexibility, impulsivity and quantitative educational performance.
