چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی تجربیات زیستهی زنان عضو هیات علمی در فرایند توازن کار و زندگی انجام در سپهر در سپهر فلسفی تفسیرگرایی، با رویکرد کیفی، و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی طراحی شده است. ابزار جمعآوری داده مصاحبهی نیمه ساختارمند و مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش ۱۶ عضو هیات علمی زن از دانشگاههای خوارزمی، الزهراء (س) و خواجه نصیر (استان تهران) و دانشگاه قم (استان قم) و دانشگاه ایلام (استان ایلام)، مجرد و متاهل، از رشتهها و گروههای متفاوت فنی، علوم پایه، هنر و علوم انسانی، در سطوح مربی، استادیار و دانشیار، با راهبرد نمونهگزینی هدفمند در دسترس انتخاب شدند. یافتهها نشان میدهد روایت زنان عضو هیات علمی مشارکتکننده در پژوهش از آنچه در فرایند توازن کار و زندگی تجربه کردهاند را می توان در شش مقولهی اصلی «سبک زندگی زنان عضو هیات علمی»، «دشواریهای فرایند جذب»، «مشوقها»، «موانع تجربهشده توازن کار و زندگی»، «راهبردهای تجربهشدهی توازن کار و زندگی» و «پیشنهادهایی برای توازن» دستهبندی کرد. نهایت آنکه به نظر میرسد نهاد دانشگاه به دگردیسی نوینی برای پذیرش حضور زنان و همراهی با آنان به عنوان نیروهای حرفهای نیاز دارد.
The present study has been designed to reflect on the lived experiences of female faculty members in the process of work life balance. This qualitative phenomenological study has been led in the interpretivism paradigm.Semi-structured interview data collection was the tool for data gathering and participants in the study were 16 female faculty members from Kharazmi, Al-Zahra and Khajeh Nasir universities (Tehran province) and Qom university (Qom province) and Ilam university (Ilam province), single and married, from Different disciplines and groups of technical, basic sciences, arts and humanities who were selected at the level of instructor, assistant professor and associate professor with the available purposeful sampling strategy. The findings show that the narrative of the participants could be categorized on 6 main themes including; "participants’ lifestyle", "difficulties in the process of recruitment", "incentives", "barriers experienced in the process of WLB "," experienced strategies for WLB" and "Suggestions for WLB". Finally, it seems that the university institution needs a new transformation to accept the presence of women and accompany them as professional forces.
