چکیده:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی قصهدرمانی بر اضطراب اجتماعی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانشآموزان نابینا است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع روش نیمهآزمایشی همراه با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه حاضر، شامل دانشآموزان مجتمع آموزشی نابینایان نرجس شهر تهران است. سی نفر از افراد واجد شرایط به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (پانزده نفر) و گروه آزمایش (پانزده نفر) قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی لابیوتز و تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و کرایج استفاده شده است. گروه آزمایش ده جلسه قصه درمانی (هر جلسه به مدت نود دقیقه) را به صورت گروهی دریافت نمودند و گروه کنترل، مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. پس از اتمام دوره، برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، پسآزمون اجرا شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که قصه درمانی اثر معناداری در اضطراب اجتماعی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان (کل) و مؤلفههای آن از قبیل توجه مثبت مجدد، متمرکز بر برنامهریزی، بازنگری و ارزیابی مجدد به صورت مثبت، خود را مقصر دانستن، نشخوار فکری، تحت نظر قرار دادن، فاجعهآمیز تلقی کردن و مقصر دانستن دیگران در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که قصه درمانی میتواند به بهبود اضطراب اجتماعی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دانشآموزان نابینا کمک کند.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Therapeutic storytelling on social anxiety and cognitive emotion regulation of blind students.
Method: This research is a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study includes students of Narjes blind educational complex in Tehran. Thirty eligible individuals were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of control (fifteen) and experimental group (fifteen). The Labiotz scale of social anxiety and the cognitive regulation of Garnefsky and Craig's emotion were used. The experimental group received ten sessions of story therapy (each session for ninety minutes) as a group and the control group did not receive any intervention. At the end of the course, post-test was performed for both experimental and control groups.
Results: The results of analysis of covariance showed that story therapy had a significant effect on social anxiety and cognitive regulation of emotion (total) and its components such as positive re-attention, focused on planning, review and positive re-evaluation, self-blame, rumination, under Commenting, considering it catastrophic and blaming others in the experimental group compared to the control group.
Conclusion: In general, the results of this study showed that Therapeutic storytelling can help improve social anxiety and cognitive emotion regulation in blind students.
