چکیده:
عوامل زیادی بر ت صم یمگیری تامین مالی مدیران واحد تجاری موثر ا ست که این عوامل را میتوان به دو گروه تقسیم کرد. گروه اول، عواملی که مرتبط با ساختار شرکت مانند مشکلات نمایندگی ، اندازه شرکت و درماندگی مالی و دستتتته دوم، عواملی که مرتبط با ویژگیهای رفتاری مدیران مانند محافظه کاری و بیشاطمینانی مدیران هس تند. این پژوهش درصدد تجزیه و تحلیل تاثیر یک عامل روانشناسی بیشاطمینانی مدیران بر انحراف از ساختار سرمایه بهینه واحد تجاری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، پژوهش ی کاربردی و در زمره پژوهشها توصیفی - همبستگی به شمار می رود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 69 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 0961 تا 0961 بوده است. برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از الگوی رگرسیون خطی چندگانه استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، بیشاطمینانی مدیران اثر منفی و معنادار ی بر انحراف از ستتتاختار ستتترمایه بهینه دارد. همچنین، مالک یت دولتی تا ثیر معنادار ی بر انحراف از ساختار به ینه سرما یه ندارد. علاوه بر این، مالکیت دولتی رابطه بین اطمینان بیش از حد مدیران و انحراف از ساختار بهینه سرمایه را تعدیل نمیکند.
There are many factors affecting the decision making of corporate finance managers, which can be divided into two groups. In the first group, the factors associated with corporate structure, such as agency problems, corporate size and financial distress, and the second category, are factors related to the behavioral characteristics of managers such as conservatism and more trustworthiness of managers. This research seeks to analyze the effect of a psychological factor (more trust of managers) on the deviation from the optimal capital structure of the business unit. This research is a descriptive-correlational research in terms of purpose, applied research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 96 companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange between 1111 and 1116. To test the hypotheses of the research, multiple linear regression model has been used. The results of this study showed that more managers' confidence has a negative and significant effect on the deviation from optimal capital structure. Also, government ownership has no significant effect on the deviation from the optimal capital structure. In addition, state ownership does not modify the relationship between excessive managers' perceptions and deviations from the optimal capital structure.
