چکیده:
چکیدهدر اندیشه سیاسی شیعه که برگرفته از مبانی کلامی این مذهب است، حکومت تنها حق خداوند است و اوست که فرد صالح برای امامت و هدایت مردم را برمی گزیند و در عصر غیبت؛ برنامة سیاسی شیعه به تعلیم و رهنمون امامان به نواب عام و جامع الشرایط امام معصوم متعلق است . لذا حکومت هائی که از ناحیه ائمهی معصومین علیهم السلام نصب نشده و مإذون نیستند،فاقد مشروعیت لازم برای حکومت هستند و حکومت آنان غاصبانه و جور است. لکن از آنجا که وجود حکومت برای جامعه ضروری بوده و در صورت عدم امکان تشکیل حکومت توسط فقیه جامع الشرایط، گاه برای حفظ مصالح جامعه ی اسلامی و بر اساس مستنداتی از آیات قرآن ، روایات ، ادله عقلی و نقلی و قواعد ضرورت، مصلحت و تقیه، و.... لازم است علماء با حکومت در مواردی تعامل و همکاری داشته باشند در نقطه مقابل نیز بزرگانی با استناد به ادلّة حرمت اعانت ظالمین، هر گونه همکاری با حکومت جور را ممنوع می دانستند. نوشتار حاضر به دنبال بررسی مهم ترین دلایل و مبانی حکم همکاری با حاکمان و تبیین نظرات و دیدگاههای هر دوسوی موافق و مخالف مسئله همکاری فقیهان امامیه در عصر غیبت امام زمان (عج) می باشد .واژگان کلیدی : حکومت ، جور، فقه.
