Reading, as one of the main methods of acquiring information and knowledge, is the most fundamental field of learning, and if reading problems in students are not treated, the learning of knowledge in students with this disorder will be harmed. One of the most common types of learning disorders is reading disorder (dyslexia), which is characterized by a defect in the ability to recognize words, slow and incorrect reading, and poor comprehension in the absence of low intelligence or significant mental impairment. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of speed reading on strengthening the concentration and verbal intelligence of students and using a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research indicate that in addition to the key role of teachers in schools, the family and the visual and audio media of the society will also play an important role in order to strengthen reading skills and treat reading disorders in students. In this regard, playing a variety of phonemic games leads to stimulation of problems such as phonology, syntax and comprehension in students with reading disorders and is effective in improving students' reading performance
