خلاصة:
گفتمان «غرب زدگی» با ماهیتی بومی گرا در دهه های سی و چهل شمسی فضای روشنفکری را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داد. این گفتمان شامل موتیف های مختلفی است، از قبیل حسرت بر سنت و از دست رفتن یکپارچگی آن؛ تحقیر روشنفکر طرفدار غرب، بیزاری از غرب و آن را عامل کلیه ویرانی ها و مصیبت های مادی و معنوی دانستن و... . متنی که کلیه این موتیف ها را دارد، کتاب غرب زدگی نوشته جلال آل احمد است. او در این کتاب نشان می دهد که غرب از همان آغاز شکل گیری اش با انواع حربه ها و توطئه ها درصدد نابودی جهان اسلام بوده است. در این پژوهش تاثیر گفتمان غرب زدگی را بر ادبیات داستانی دهه های چهل و پنچاه شمسی در ایران بررسی و دو رمان شازده احتجاب و بره گمشده راعی اثر هوشنگ گلشیری و نیز رمان سووشون سیمین دانشور را در بستر این گفتمان بازخوانی میکنیم.
Westomania is a peculiar interpretation Westernisation Discourse that affected Iranian intellectual life in 1960’s and 1970’s. The motifs of this discourse include some sort of nostalgia، degradation of pro-western intellectuals، anti-westernism، and considering West as the cause of all earthly and metaphysical disasters. Westomania by Jalāl Al Ahmad insists that The West has always been the enemy of Islam and has incessantly attacked the Islamic values. The present article investigates the effect of this book on Persian fiction in 60’s and70’s; meanwhile some other major novels of the time will be reviewed from the perspective of westomania
