خلاصة:
مقدمه: از آنجایی که افسردگی یک اختلال شایع است، شناسایی روش درمان مفید و مداوم بسیار مهم است. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه دو مورد از درمانهای غیرتهاجمی جدید یعنی درمان تحریک مغز از روی جمجمه با جریان مستقیم الکتریکی و تحریک مکرر مغناطیسی فراقشری در کاهش علائم افسردگی بوده است. روش: برای بررسی هدف تحقیق 20 نفر از مبتلایان به افسردگی انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تحریک مغز از روی جمجمه با جریان مستقیم الکتریکی و تحریک مکرر مغناطیسی فراقشری جایگزین شدند. آزمودنی ها در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک را تکمیل کردند. برای بررسی نتایج از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق
نشان داد که هر دو درمان در کاهش علائم افسردگی تاثیرگذار بودند اما تفاوت معناداری در اثربخشی آنها دیده نشد. با این وجود در دو درمان به لحاظ نمرات پیگیری تفاوت وجود داشت. میانگین نمرات در موقعیت پیگیری نسبت به موقعیت پس آزمون تغییر محسوسی در گروه rTMS داشته است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این واقعیت است که اثربخشی درمان تحریک مکرر مغناطیسی فراقشری نسبت به درمان دیگر
در طول زمان بیشتر بوده است.
Introduction: Depression is a common disorder، therefore، it is very important to identify effective and permanent treatment. The aim of the present research was to compare two cases of new non-invaing treatments، the efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on depression symptoms’ reduction.
Method: To do so، 20 patient with depression where selected and were randomly assigned to two groups; i.e. transcranial direct current stimulation therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Subjects completed the Beck Depression Inventory through pretest، posttest and follow up intervals. The data were analyzed using repeated measure of analysis of variance.
Findings: The finding revealed that both treatments were effective in reducing depression symptoms but، no significant difference was found between the two methods. However، there was a difference between the groups in follow up scores. The mean of scores of follow up condition had a change inrelation to the rTMS group.
Conclusion: The results of the study indicated the superiority of the effectiveness of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation، the other treatment was more in the course of time.
