خلاصة:
As organized sexual crimes increase, the sense of security decreases and lawlessness in the society increases. In this study, non-criminal preventive strategies that are possible by determining the main factors affecting crimes, along with a new method of crime detection (entrapment) are considered in this study. Police can partly help situational prevention of crimes through having an active presence in the community. Since the discovery of some crimes, such as crimes without victims and obtaining evidence to prove their conviction is usually difficult and challenging for police, it is sometimes necessary to use entrapment through which police creates the criminal action to obtain evidence and catch the criminals red-handed. This method can prevent the occurrence of bigger crimes which threaten public safety. However, entrapment through the implementation of surveillance and suspicion has legal and moral conflicts and sometimes causes the suspect to be cleared of the crime
