ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺩﺭﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻫﺎﯼ ﺯﻧﺪﮔ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮﻥ ﯽ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺑﻪ ﯼ ﻧﻔﻮﺫﮐﺮﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪﮐ ﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮﺍﻥ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﻠﮑ ﺟﺰﺋ ﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮﺍﻥ ﯽ ﺯﻧﺪﮔ ﺍﺯ ﯽ ﺍﺟﺘـﻤﺎﻋﯽ ,ﻣ ﺍﺟﺘﻨـﺎﺏ ﻧﺎﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﯽﺷﻮﺩ . ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻫﺎ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮﻫﻤﺔ ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﯼ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺁﻧﻬﺎﺳﺖ ﺩﻫﻨﺪﺓ ﺍﻫﻤﻴﺖ . ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥﻫﺎﻳﯽ ﮐ ﻳ ﻪ ﮏ ﺳﺒ ﻧﻮﻉ ﮏ ﻣﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺭﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﮐ ﻧﻤﻲ ﻨﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺗﻼﺵ ﮐ ﻨﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺭﻭﻧﺪ ,ﺑﻮﺩ؛ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﻧﺨﻮﺍﻫﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﻫﺎﻳﯽ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﻌﺼﺐ ﺭﺍ ﺍﺯ ﺧـﻮﺩ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺳﺎﺯﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺳﺒﮏﻫﺎﻳﯽ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﻳﻨﻨﺪ ﮐ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕ ﻪ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﯽ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺑﺎ ,ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺎﻳﯽ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﻓﺰﺍﻳﻨﺪﻩ ﺭﺍ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺩﺍﺭﺍ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ .ﺑﺮﺍ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﺔ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﺭﺍ ﯼ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﺮﻭﻳﺞ ﻓﺮﺍﻫﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺁﮔﺎﻫ ﺁﻭﺭﺩ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ ﯽ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ,ﺗﺮ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﺮﺍ ﻭﻳﺞ ﺭﺍ ﯼ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ , ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﻣﻬﻴﺎ ﺳﺎﺯﻧﺪ.
Organizations have influenced various aspects of life to the extent that it is inevitable to perceive them either as a scientific subject or as a part of social life. Organizations’ domination of all aspects of the social life proves their significance.
The organizations adopting a particular style of management without trying to proceed properly upon changes in environment will not succeed; such organizations should avoid prejudice and choose those management styles both culturally apt to the environment and capable of managing increasing changes. This paper will provide the managers of extension organizations with the opportunity to make their organizations well-prepared to encounter the changes drawing on a further more knowledge.
