تحلیل اکتشافی و عاملی مقیاس هوش معنوی کینگ برای معلمان‌های‌‌ دبیرستان شهر تهران‌‌ مقالة

چکیده: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی ساختار عاملی سازه‌های مقیاس هوش معنوی کینگ برای معلمان دبیرستان‌های تهران بود. نمونه آماری شامل 306 نفر از معلمان زنی بودند که در سال 1393 در دبیرستان‌های تهران تدریس می‌کردند. در این تحقیق از روش تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای برای نمونه گیری از دبیرستانهای شهر تهران استفاده شد .ساختار عاملی مقیاس هوش معنوی با استفاده از دو شیوه تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تحلیل عامل تاییدی بررسی شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پرسشنامه از همسانی درونی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 907/ 0 است.  نتایج تحلیل مولفه‌های اصلی با استفاده از چرخش دورانی پنج عامل را استخراج کرد. همچنین برای تعیین روایی عاملی از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد، که تحلیل عاملی تاییدی موید این است که ساختار پرسشنامه برازش قابل قبولی با داده‌ها دارد و کلیه شاخص‌های نیکویی برازش، مدل را تایید می‌کنند. یافته‌های تحلیل عاملی، تقریبا مشابه تحقیقات انجام گرفته در فرهنگ اصلی است .تنها در تعداد عوامل استخراجی در چرخش دورانی با پژوهش‌های گذشته همخوان نیست. ضرایب پایایی و روایی نیز به نتایج تحقیقات پیشین نزدیک بود. بنابراین با توجه به خصوصیات روان‌سنجی مطلوب، این پرسشنامه ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش هوش معنوی معلمان است.

This study examined the factor structure of the scale structure of King spiritual intelligance among high school theachers in Tehran. The sample consisted of 306 theachers that teach in high school  who was a multi -stage random sampling of the schools in Tehran. scale spiritual intelligence factor structure using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted in two ways. The results showed that the internal consistency is acceptable Cronbach's alpha coefficients0/907.by using Varimax rotation five factors were structed  . The confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the results of the confirmatory factor analysis suggest that the structure of the questionnaire was acceptable fit to the data and all goodness of fit indices, the model confirms The results of the factor analysis, similar to studies in primary cultures of reliability and validity coefficients are close to the results of previous research.just in varimax rotation,factors number was not similar to the results of previous research .  factor structure and validation is similar to the results of previous research. Therefore, given the favorable psychometric properties of the questionnaire is a useful tool for determining theachers spiritual intelligance.
